Independence Hotels with Wifi

"In a small place like Independence Town, this may already be the best hotel, everything is not lost. The location is in the center of the town, near the highway entrance and exit, and the transportation is convenient. It takes only about 20 minutes to drive to Cleveland CBD, the airport, the lakeside scenic spot, Akron, etc. Next to the hotel is the local one-stop exhibition center. There are many dining options nearby. The hotel has a large parking lot for free parking. On the day of check-in, I found that the plug of the washbasin could not rise and could not be drained, but because it was late in the evening, I could not find anyone to repair it, and there was no room to change it. I was good to deal with it temporarily. Fortunately, the service staff was good, so there was nothing unpleasant."

"Liked everything about this hotel. Staff was friendly, location was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom shower was huge and provided a daily hot breakfast. The only complaint I had was regarding fellow guests; this one family had the gaul to grab six extra cereal boxes and stuff them in their stroller. All in all I would stay at this hotel again."

"They don't check you in before 3 o'clock, only water is paid. You can only buy with cash. In principle, it's not a bad hotel."

"While the building was attractive, the rooms, the amenities, and the service were no better than what you'd get at a Day's Inn. There were also some odd things about the service and the facilities. First, the hotel boasted both an outdoor and an indoor pool (and a hot tub). The outdoor pool was closed and the hot tub was drained. On top of that, the hotel required that you wear paper wristbands to use the pool (or you will be evicted without refund), but you need an active room key to get into the pool in the first place. At one point, the desk manager came and asked families in the pool to get out and get the wristbands, which was really awkward. The pool set up is neat and unusual. The outdoor pool communicates with the indoor pool, and you can have a pool-side room with sliding doors that open to the outdoor pool area. It would be a neat feature-- as long as the outdoor pool is open, which it wasn't. There were also odd breakdowns-- like the ice machine not working and housecleaning trying to clean out our room before checkout time. All in all, I would have rather gone to a cheaper hotel. The experience was not worth the extra cost. "

"The room was clean. There was a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher and dishes in the room. The bathroom was super clean and I loved the shower. The hotel is connected to a Holiday Inn so there was access to a bar and restaurant without having to go outside. I would definitely recommend! "

"I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with the front desk staff. I arrived at the hotel Sunday 01 march around 12:30 PM and politely asked if early check-in was possible. The two women working at the reception told me that no rooms were available until 4:00 PM. I said that was fine and that I would wait in the lobby. However, while I was waiting, several other guests arrived and they were checked in immediately. It was very clear that rooms were available, which made the situation feel unfair. Later, I approached the desk again with the same guests who were checking in and said that I had a reservation for today. The receptionist acted as if nothing had happened and looked visibly annoyed. During check-in, she tried to charge my card again for the reservation, even though my booking had already been fully paid online. When I saw the amount and asked what it was for, she could not clearly explain it. I had to tell her again that the reservation was already paid. Both receptionists then started checking the system and appeared irritated and nervous in front of other guests. Eventually they explained that there was a security deposit of $50 per day, which I completely understood and agreed with. However, they attempted to charge the wrong amount again, and I had to question it once more before they finally corrected the charge to the proper deposit amount. Overall, the situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. First I was told to wait until 4 PM while other guests were checked in, and then I had to deal with confusion about charges that should have been clear from the beginning. The hotel facilities are good, but the front desk service was very disappointing and needs improvement."
