It is only about a 10 min. drive to either beach, 30 minutes from Oak Island, NC and from Myrtle Beach, SC. There is a back yard for sitting and relaxing, or playing cornhole (provided upon request) with a large Oak tree that provides plenty of shade. * Safety Features: smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and dead bolt on doors.
