Our cozy 2 bedroom/1 bath main home offers a quiet getaway out of town to guests, while still close enough to several hiking, golfing, cycling, and shopping amenities! Recently updated and remodeled, this home offers a rustic western theme with Spanish adobe block construction, original pine tongue and groove ceilings, and a wonderful wood burning fireplace in the living room. This lovely 3.5 acre property offers countless mature mesquite trees, several saguaros, and breathtaking views of thimble peak and the Catalina mountains. Sip coffee and enjoy the scenery on the front patio during a beautiful sunrise, or spend an evening viewing one of our gorgeous Arizona sunsets off the master bedroom porch.You can grill on the propane BBQ or just relax with a glass of wine from the neighboring vineyards in Sonoita and Elgin. We are minutes away from numerous outdoor activities to keep visitors entertained year-round: Pristine golf courses such as Arizona National Golf Club (1 mile) and Forty-Niners Country Club (3 miles) offer tee-times throughout the entire year.
