"I don’t really recommend this hotel. I had no other option because West Yellowstone was booked solid. The place is relatively clean, but so old I can’t tell if something is old or dirty. The young man at the front desk is a true *******. We were two hours early for check-in, and all his rooms were available, but he told me to return. I thought that was no way to treat travelers after being on the road for hours. I don’t think I’ll ever stay there again, unless of course, there’s no other options."

"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the town center.
Check-in was smooth, and David was very polite and informative.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities provided were excellent. However, my room was on the third floor and there’s no elevator, which was fine for me but could be challenging for elderly guests.
Breakfast was decent, though the dining area felt quite cramped."

"Good location, downtown of West Yellow stone. The staff is friendly, But the facilities are a little old and poor, the bed sheets seem a bit worn. There seems to be a leak under the faucet when the water is turned on. The front desk is closed before 7 and after 10, so we were not able to get some hot water or coffee."

"I chose to stay here with my family for a vacation. The hotel is very close to Yellowstone Park! It takes about five minutes to drive. When I booked, it was written that breakfast was not included, but when I actually checked in, I found that breakfast was included, but the breakfast selection was very limited. However, McDonald's is next to the hotel, which is only a three-minute walk away, which is also very convenient. Overall, the experience was very good. I saw a lot of wild animals in Yellowstone Park in winter!"

"This is probably the most modern and upscale hotel in West Yellowstone; the others are just motels. The rooms are large, but the facilities are older. I strongly recommend bringing your own hair dryer when visiting the US. Here, no matter how expensive the hotel, the hair dryers are small and old, and it feels like they're just trying to compromise on quality. The most incomprehensible thing about this hotel is that they charge a $15 per person surcharge, claiming it's for free hot water, popsicles, and cookies on the first floor (all of which are awful, cheap stuff). If it's free, why charge? And you can't even choose not to. Isn't that blatant robbery? Just compare it to the free fruit and candy offered at Four Seasons hotels in China. The difference is huge!"

"Good location, near the west gate of Huangshi, there is a big supermarket next to it. There is no service for the motel hotel. There is no bus to Huangshi West in Salt Lake City in the afternoon. I want to postpone my stay for one day or discuss the cancellation of a night order. The point is not that I don't want to, there is no bus! This attitude and the cold of Yellowstone led me to cancel the next two nights of accommodation, decisively choose to go to Salt Lake City!"

"Pros: Hot water, coffee available at lobby. Room comes with breakfast in the morning (bread, cereal, waffles, banana, muffins, egg). Staff is friendly. Lobby interior decoration is quite nice and cosy. Room is spacious. Pay per use washers available in the building.
Cons: Walls are not fully sound proof, heard a family arguing next door in the middle of the night. Strange design in bathroom, there was a drop in the ceiling height above the basin as if there is a stairs above it."

王王I wrote a few hundred words when adding pictures. I have rewritten this hotel. The hotel should be a family hotel but the scale is well designed. The unique and exotic room is basically the same. The independent wooden house design is suitable for family travel. Can cook rice bowls and pans all but there is a problem when staying. Our 2 families have 2 rooms marked with twin beds but the hotel tells us that it is a suite with 3 beds. I said that adolescent children 1 male and 1 female are inconvenient but The hotel is telling the room is like this. Thank you, Ctrip overseas customer service has not shirked responsibility. I have been actively contacting and finally told me that because I only showed a passport, the hotel mistakenly thought that we needed 4 beds in the room. They didn't, but I was very surprised on the order. Written 2 names 2 rooms and we have repeatedly indicated that we need to be independent 2 room hotels will not understand? Anyway, thank you for the service of Ctrip. I have been using it for so many years. Ctrip is better than other travel sites. Recommend Ctrip to continue to support another: the advantage of the hotel is the design of the large room Reasonable Shape is unique Parking is convenient. There is free hot coffee hot chocolate at the front desk. After 12 o'clock, the front desk is off work. The disadvantage is that it is not regular. The sheets are suspected of not changing. There are hairs. The guests who are more serious are careful to send a sunset view of Yellowstone.

SSuperFuwaThe hotel is far from the town center compared to other homes, but the town of West Yellowstone is a very small town, and it takes only 5 minutes to drive to the town center.
Free parking, laundry and drying room, indoor heated swimming pool, the most important thing is that it provides a quite rich breakfast, and the distance is opened in an instant and other hotels that do not provide breakfast. Stayed here for 4 nights, breakfast is not the same every day, very satisfied.

GGuest UserI came to the western United States for a self-driving trip and planned to stay at the West Gate of Yellowstone Park for two days. I booked this hotel on Ctrip one day in advance. The hotel is located very close to the West Gate and not far from the small street for eating. Self-service check-in is very convenient. The room number is sent directly to you via email, so there is no need to go through any procedures.
Because it is a Chinese owner, many domestic guests who come to Huangshi choose this hotel for this reason. I think the room facilities can be improved. The hotel features a hot water kettle, but after searching, there is only a coffee machine.
The mattress is a memory foam type. It is different from the previous American spring mattress when I lay on it. It is not particularly comfortable but I sleep well. I hope the decoration and items can be more detailed~

王王Breakfast is generally no fruit, only the quiche can be imported. The location of the room is very close to the entrance to West Yellowstone, only a few minutes drive. There is no ironing board and ironing machine in the room, and there is no paper pumping, which is not very convenient. Parking is very convenient. Accommodation around Huangshi is very expensive, this hotel is still relatively cost-effective.

HHualidepaoziAlthough the facilities are old, the houses in that area are similar. Compared with the houses nearby, the price is very reasonable. We stayed on the second floor, the hygiene was good, and the room was large enough. If you are in West Yellowstone, this hotel is very cost-effective.
