"The first room that they put us in was tiny dirty, and had a huge water leak stain on the ceiling. The closet was a joke. It was maybe 6 inches deep and had an ironing board hanging in it. No room for clothes. The bathroom floor looked dirty, but I think it was stained. We requested another room and they moved us into a much bigger handicap accessible room. The lobby needs some serious cleaning and updating. The carpet needed to be stretched. Desperately it was a trip hazard. The free breakfast was not great as the waffle mix on the make your own waffle smelled rancid and tasted funny. We along with two other families reported it. The cream cheese also looked curdled. The best thing about this place was the lady at the reception desk. He was very nice and helpful."

"I wrote a few hundred words when adding pictures. I have rewritten this hotel. The hotel should be a family hotel but the scale is well designed. The unique and exotic room is basically the same. The independent wooden house design is suitable for family travel. Can cook rice bowls and pans all but there is a problem when staying. Our 2 families have 2 rooms marked with twin beds but the hotel tells us that it is a suite with 3 beds. I said that adolescent children 1 male and 1 female are inconvenient but The hotel is telling the room is like this. Thank you, Ctrip overseas customer service has not shirked responsibility. I have been actively contacting and finally told me that because I only showed a passport, the hotel mistakenly thought that we needed 4 beds in the room. They didn't, but I was very surprised on the order. Written 2 names 2 rooms and we have repeatedly indicated that we need to be independent 2 room hotels will not understand? Anyway, thank you for the service of Ctrip. I have been using it for so many years. Ctrip is better than other travel sites. Recommend Ctrip to continue to support another: the advantage of the hotel is the design of the large room Reasonable Shape is unique Parking is convenient. There is free hot coffee hot chocolate at the front desk. After 12 o'clock, the front desk is off work. The disadvantage is that it is not regular. The sheets are suspected of not changing. There are hairs. The guests who are more serious are careful to send a sunset view of Yellowstone."

There is no elevator in the hotel.
The room is very spacious and the facilities are old but well cleaned, which was very nice.

The hair dryer was broken and couldn't be used, but we asked the front desk and they lent us a new hair dryer.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, French toast, muffins, pancakes, cereal, and more.
Tea, coffee, and cocoa were available free of charge 24 hours a day.
However, breakfast starts at 7:00, so be careful if you're going to the park early in the morning."

"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the town center.
Check-in was smooth, and David was very polite and informative.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh. The bathroom was spotless, and the amenities provided were excellent. However, my room was on the third floor and there’s no elevator, which was fine for me but could be challenging for elderly guests.
Breakfast was decent, though the dining area felt quite cramped."

"Just in the small town outside the West Gate of Yellowstone Park, it is very convenient to enter and exit the park. The service is very good, there is breakfast, this is really good, the hotel in Yellowstone Park does not provide breakfast, and the purchase is expensive and troublesome. There are many choices for a buffet breakfast, and there is always something for your stomach. There is free parking and there is a swimming pool (but no one is using it due to the weather, but I still see the staff doing regular cleaning work). There are restaurants, shops, and we are late, we eat at the restaurants next to the hotel, American meals, full weight, tastes good. In short, if the hotel can accept the first big attraction in the park from 40 minutes to an hour or so, it is still worth recommending."

The Yellowstone West Gate Hotel formally the Comfort Inn recenlty did a large renovation to all guest rooms in 2011. We are five blocks from the west gate entrance into Yellowstone Park. We have a large indoor pool and expanded contiental breakfast. We also have fridges and microwaves in all guest rooms. Make the Yellowstone West Gate Hotel your vacation headquartes.
"It's quite convenient near the entrance of West Yellowstone Park. I stayed there for a week and the breakfast was OK. The parking lot is very large and the price/performance ratio is OK. If I go to Yellowstone Park again, I will consider staying here again."

"Good location, near the west gate of Huangshi, there is a big supermarket next to it. There is no service for the motel hotel. There is no bus to Huangshi West in Salt Lake City in the afternoon. I want to postpone my stay for one day or discuss the cancellation of a night order. The point is not that I don't want to, there is no bus! This attitude and the cold of Yellowstone led me to cancel the next two nights of accommodation, decisively choose to go to Salt Lake City!"

"I chose to stay here with my family for a vacation. The hotel is very close to Yellowstone Park! It takes about five minutes to drive. When I booked, it was written that breakfast was not included, but when I actually checked in, I found that breakfast was included, but the breakfast selection was very limited. However, McDonald's is next to the hotel, which is only a three-minute walk away, which is also very convenient. Overall, the experience was very good. I saw a lot of wild animals in Yellowstone Park in winter!"

GGuest UserYellowstone is a small town within easy walking distance. The hotel is located on the edge of town and is very quiet. Free coffee, snacks, and hot water are available downstairs. The room was large, clean, and tidy, with a comfortable mattress. Restaurants and shopping are all within easy walking distance. I stayed there for four nights, driving to Yellowstone Park around 9 a.m. each day and returning to the hotel around 8 p.m. before going out to eat, as it doesn't get dark until around 9 p.m. Overall, I had a good experience.

GGuest UserI came to the western United States for a self-driving trip and planned to stay at the West Gate of Yellowstone Park for two days. I booked this hotel on Ctrip one day in advance. The hotel is located very close to the West Gate and not far from the small street for eating. Self-service check-in is very convenient. The room number is sent directly to you via email, so there is no need to go through any procedures.
Because it is a Chinese owner, many domestic guests who come to Huangshi choose this hotel for this reason. I think the room facilities can be improved. The hotel features a hot water kettle, but after searching, there is only a coffee machine.
The mattress is a memory foam type. It is different from the previous American spring mattress when I lay on it. It is not particularly comfortable but I sleep well. I hope the decoration and items can be more detailed~

王王Breakfast is generally no fruit, only the quiche can be imported. The location of the room is very close to the entrance to West Yellowstone, only a few minutes drive. There is no ironing board and ironing machine in the room, and there is no paper pumping, which is not very convenient. Parking is very convenient. Accommodation around Huangshi is very expensive, this hotel is still relatively cost-effective.
