"Some staff are very helpful, we stayed for 3 nights they gave us only 2 water bottled. No glass,no kettle, no coffee phone is not working. Internet was very bad we have to stay near at the door just to get wifi, but once we moved to tv side Internet gone.Hope they will add some staff to make up rooms, seems not enough because we ask to make up our room since morning but they came at 5:30pm Stayed at pool view room, it was beautiful and amazing view anyway 🙂"

"We’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while, and it was definitely worth it! My son loves swimming, so the pool was the highlight of our stay. We celebrated my birthday here and had such a great time. The sinigang na hipon was delicious, and we especially loved the breakfast,particularly the pansit bihon. The staff are friendly. A simple greeting would always make you feel special. We’re looking forward to coming back again as a family"

"Service is horrible. Especially the manager in the Chinese restaurant- RUDE and uneducated without manners. Hotel has no class cheap management. Imagine booking their junior suite- and since we’re the only ones on the floor- no lights on the hallway. You come home tired at 11pm without water in the bathroom, oh very minimal water in the faucet to brush your teeth with too much struggle. And if you want to unwind atleast in their lobby even just for a glass of water to sit and relax for 5 min. they will shut off the lights even if you cant find your way to the elevator at 10pm cause the owner says so. CHEAP! Very dormitory feels."
