However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up.
