"The hotel was built in a colonial style, very sweet! Room with quiet air conditioning, large and comfortable bed. I just didn't like the trampoline. The pool should be air-conditioned/heated to stay at the hotel standard and guests can enjoy more. The staff are sympathetic and attentive. We eat a good average beans that serves 3 people. Only the tower we don't like. You have a good school, but I don't use it. I recommend that hotel."

"I was to stay at the hotel for 12 nights, but I finished staying at the Hotel Galeria for one night - but it was enough to regret. I was expecting a quality hotel, but I faced a number of problems that ruined my stay. The first problem was the slow internet, which prevented me from working, which was essential for me, and the hotel did not fulfill what it promised. The second problem was the bad breakfast, which was very little variety, careless presentation and lack of attention, and the third problem was the noise of the washing machine, which was close to my room and was waking up early. The fourth problem was the shower mope, which showed lack of hygiene and care, and to worse, when I check out, no one asked me about my experience or asked me for feedback. I was willing to express my complaints constructively, but I was ignored, and I tried to contact the hotel several times to request a refund, but I did not get a solution. I think that is absurd, given the difference between the services announced and the services delivered, the hotel is urgently needing a reform. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope they will improve their standards of quality and customer service."
