"Totally unsuitable for any stay. No hot water available to ANY guest rooms. Staff could not address and acted as if it was not a known problem. Other guests report no hot water for as long as a week! The motel continuing to offer rooms as occupiable without hot water amounts to fraud in my opinion. Dubious cleanliness with sticky substances on the room carpet. Peeling paint in bath. Staff was grumpy and disorganized at best. We have rented rooms here for years, and, while it has always been a "no frills" motel, it has never been essentially unusable as overnight accommodations."
