"Kaihua is a pleasant and rich city. I have long used Huazhu Club to book travel accommodation and have high expectations for the standardization management of Huazhu brand. However, this time I stayed at Huating Hotel and encountered multiple problems in a row. The overall experience was seriously lower than expected. Complete and objective presentation of the whole process. I booked a suite 24 hours in advance, and the order clearly noted the core demand: smoke-free processing. After arriving at the front desk of the hotel, the staff informed the foreign-sold suites with mahjong rooms, which have a strong smell of smoke and cannot meet the smoke-free booking requirements. The on-site management proposed that the boss's own suite could arrange for me to stay. Considering that I needed a suite living room for business negotiations, I agreed to the plan and waited for the room at the front desk. Waiting for half an hour to go upstairs to check, the room is still in a state of cleaning, can not stay, I can go out to work first. Return to the hotel to enter the room at around 4 pm, turn on the air conditioner and continue to blow hot air, the equipment failure is completely unable to cool. Contact the staff to check the door to confirm that the air conditioner cannot be repaired in the short term, and the room type can be changed again. I continued to wait for half an hour in the sultry fault suite. The hotel finally arranged to change the big bed room, and asked me to cancel the original suite order and place a new big bed room, and give two breakfast coupons as an apology.
