📍 Järnvägsgatan 1, Karlstad

"Hotel in a central location. Staff were helpful, but especially the receptionist was too direct. Good to see that some staff support LGBT+ with a badge. Dinner and breakfast included in the price were fine, but nothing special."

Scandic Klarälven ★★★★
"Facilities: The internet signal is not very good. I don't know why the tablet has no signal at all. I called the front desk and they were quite accommodating. In addition, the check-in is on the second floor, and the room is on the first floor. There is no elevator. Environment: There is a small lake outside the window, which is quite peaceful."
