"I had a very disappointing experience staying at Hotel Plaza Inn Kendari. The overall condition of this hotel is very poor and clearly shows a lack of proper management attention. The room was in bad condition — old furniture, poor cleanliness, and several facilities were not functioning properly. It felt like maintenance has been neglected for a very long time. Basic things that should be standard in any hotel were either broken or poorly maintained. The service was also extremely disappointing. Staff responsiveness was slow, and the overall hospitality experience was far below expectations. This hotel seriously needs major improvements in service quality, room maintenance, and overall guest experience. I would not recommend staying here until significant changes are made."

"t is 1:00 a.m. on May 25, 2025, and the room I checked into is Room 244. At present, the room is affected by the hotel's KTV or travel party room. The noise is very loud, and the music is very loud. I can't fall asleep! After asking the front desk, the front desk replied that the entertainment activities will not end until 2 a.m., and the rooms are full and cannot be changed! Complain about the irresponsible management behavior and management attitude of the hotel! Rooms in this environment should not be sold.
