"I booked online, but when I arrived with my Corgi, they wouldn't let me check in. Fine, they wouldn't let me stay, but they should at least give me a refund. They told me to cancel online myself. A few guests were taking showers when I arrived, and they told me to wait while they attended to three other guests. They wouldn't let me stay, and since I was late, I couldn't get a refund online. The receptionist was an old lady. Honestly, even a hotel with a shower room can afford to use an old lady; it's impossible to communicate with her. Later, they agreed to let me stay, even though I booked a cheap room with nothing in it. They knocked on my door in the middle of the night demanding a deposit. I said, "You're checking in the morning anyway, why are you knocking on my door in the middle of the night when everyone's asleep?" Honestly, their place is really...unreliable. The room attendant was quite nice, but the room was just too shabby."
