"The location is perfect with trams to the city which is not far away and trams to other shopping places and eateries, Kew has a supermarket 5mins walk away"
"The hotel is very new. My friend and I, along with two adults and two children, stayed in a room with exactly two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, which ensured comfort and privacy during our stay. There is also a kitchen, a laundry room, and a spacious living area—we are extremely satisfied. The front desk staff were warm and polite, leaving a deep impression on us. We feel lucky to have chosen such a satisfying hotel. It enjoys convenient transportation yet remains very quiet. We have already recommended that friends visiting Melbourne should definitely consider this hotel."
"As it was a cheaper place than average price in Melbourne, I probably should not expect too much but I was surprised they charged a deposit of $100 in advance (normally just hold it) and they said refund it in few days after checking out if nothing is damaged. There is some construction problem that the shower drainage not located right underneath/near the shower head but it closer to the sink and toilet area. Therefore water flooded out towards the toilet which was more than be able to be absorbed with a bath mat towel. I wanted to move shower head face towards the wall but it was wobbly and I didn’t want to touch it in case it may break and be charged a security deposit. This shower and toilet is right next to the bed and there is the frame about 5cm height in between the shower room and the floor of the room to stop the shower water running out towards the room. I hit my toes and almost tipped over several times towards the sink right in front of the door opening. It is very dangerous construction I think."
"This is a very strange hotel. I arrived about 15.00 on a Sunday and reception was locked. Apparently after 13.00 is considered ‘after hours’. Finally the manager appeared and showed me how to self check in. When I got to the room, it smelled heavily of smoke and there were no towels provided. I sought out the manager at the building opposite and was scolded for knocking on his door. Towels were given and the rest of the stay was uneventful. The room itself was adequate and featured all the usual amenities including kitchen facilities. There was a shower over bathtub which I’ve never enjoyed. The location was convenient for me at this time but I would not consider staying here in the future."
"The front desk is Chinese, the communication is barrier-free, the room is a bit old, there is no elevator, you can park for free, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, as for transportation, it is convenient to rent a car."
"Although there are two bathrooms, only one has bathing equipment, so everyone has to take time to take turns to flush.
In addition, it is recommended that friends who travel by car can not rent too long, because the car room will not be parked, my ground car can only be parked at the door, but it will be inconvenient to get on and off the car, because the road is narrow.
The overall feeling is good, the cooking utensils are all ready."
