The location is incredibly convenient – you step right out onto Rynek Square, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. There's also a bus stop right outside the door, which makes getting around for work or sightseeing super easy. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend it for frequent business travelers."

"Grand by name not by nature. located close to the bus and train station, and the high street, The rooms were clean and warm, but the hotel is in desperate need of a make over. When we first arrived it felt like hotel was shut as it was very dimly lite inside. Staff then tried to charge us more than we agreed, luckily we had the booking email to hand to confirm the correct price. Breakfast was nothing special and the coffee machine was rubbish. Tasted more like warm milk than coffee. Sorry to say we won’t stay here again on our next visit to Kielce.."

"This hotel should be considered as a great choice for someone who feels like popping out for a beer or evening out - it is located 7 minutes walking distance from the main promenade and the Rynek (main Square). The reception desk clerks are extremely polite and professional - big plus for that. The rooms are average looking - just nothing special. You can book a double room for one person, but there are two separate beds anyway, not one big one. However, the receptionist was very helpful - she asked a staffperson to push the beds together and someone arrived to do it right away. The A/C in my room was so high it was really freezing, but I turned it down - luckily the temperature was just right after a short while (did hear that in some rooms it wasn't working correctly). Do take your own soap/shower gel, as my bathroom was missing these products. Breakfast was OK - wide array of choices - from scrambled eggs, sausages to crepes, vegetables and cornflakes, coffeec tea, juices and water. Not exactly tasty, but gets you through the first part of the day. The hotel also has paid parking (garage, 25PLN/per day). Rooms cost around 150PLN. Overall, a decent hotel to stay at!"
