"If you are going for the first time, you need to be careful about the entrance and the entrance method. The entrance is difficult to understand, the door will not open without a dedicated token, and you cannot take the elevator to the front desk on the 13th floor. When you arrive, you need to call the front desk first and have them open. If you know this point in advance, your stay is the best! The facilities are up to corner 々 and the quality of breakfast is also great. It was also a very thankful point for travelers that self-laundry was available for free."

"Probably the best hotel in Dushanbe so far. It opened recently, so everything is brand new. It's a bit out of the center, but we enjoyed walking. Breakfasts are good: cappuccino with alternative milk and my personal favorite, chicken noodles. Access to the pool and sauna is included with your stay. The rooms are new, with city views and everything you need, including a coffee machine. There are some minor quirks, of course, but overall, they didn't spoil our stay. The staff is attentive and clearly tries hard."

Large, clean room with all the essentials. Decent breakfast: bread, butter, jam, a few Korean options, and some decent pastries. A good value for the price. Friendly staff, luggage storage, and always available water and coffee. Convenient hotel only if you have a car, with plenty of parking in front of the hotel. Nice room, bathroom with shower. Tiny shower towels (smaller than our face towels). Beautiful view. Helpful staff. Coffee and water always available in the lobby."

"We stayed at Safar Hotel for 3 days in rooms 207 and 407. Breakfast started at 8:10, but it was not at all what we expected—just simple eggs and sausages, though we were hoping for a buffet. When we asked to have breakfast prepared earlier, they flat-out refused. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the hotel staff spoke Chinese, which was nice. However, in room 407, the toilet lid was broken. We didn’t notice at first, but in the end, we were made to pay for it. Despite our explanations, they still charged us a 150 somoni fine. Long story short, we left very upset on the last day. We kindly request the hotel owners to refund the unfairly charged amount."

"Hyatt Regency Dushanbe is a good international hotel that stands out in the city. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the mountains. The cleaning is high-quality, the bed linen is fresh. The staff tries to be attentive and friendly, most issues are resolved quickly. Breakfasts are delicious and varied, but sometimes the dishes are repeated from day to day. The restaurant is generally good, although the prices are above the city average. The spa and pool are a nice addition, but I would like the equipment in the fitness room to be updated more often. Sometimes there may be delays in service in the lobby or restaurant, and the Wi-Fi speed is not always stable. Nevertheless, overall this is probably the best option for a comfortable holiday or business trip to Dushanbe."
