After arriving, there were four or five front desk staff to greet us. Some spoke English, some spoke Chinese (not very fluently), but they were all very warm and helpful. It felt like home! Drinks and snacks in the lobby were free to use, and there were plenty of large bottles of water in the room. In short, it was very good! It was less than ten minutes' drive from the airport, and everything was good! Next time I go to Tajikistan, I will definitely stay here again!

Guest UserI had an excellent stay at Serena Hotel Dushanbe. The staff were amazing—exceptionally polite, professional, and genuinely willing to accommodate every request and make the stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a beautiful rooftop swimming pool with wonderful views over Dushanbe. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the city from above. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices and something for every taste.
The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. I also appreciated the thoughtful in-room amenities, including shampoo, a shaving kit, and a toothbrush/dental kit.
The location is fantastic and very convenient for exploring Dushanbe. Excellent service, spacious rooms, great amenities, exceptional cleanliness, and a superb location made this a truly enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay here again.

Guest UserWhen I saw the hotel name before booking, I thought it should be a hotel run by Chinese people. When I arrived at the destination, it turned out to be Chinese people, which made it easy for us to communicate with the locals.

Anonymous UserHotel not too far from the airport, very decent, more of a residential location. Walking distance to the sights. The room was nicely clean and the air conditioning worked well. The only complaint was that the cleaning lady puts away all your stuff in the drawers. I nearly missed lots of stuff because she had put them away in 5 different drawers, I much prefer people cleaning staff leaving my stuff on the desk where I left it. You also have to leave your key with her for her to clean the room and then pick up at check in desk again.

This was my first time attending an investment forum in Dushanbe, and the hotel was booked by the organizers. The hotel had a great location, and the rooms were clean but a bit old. Behind the hotel was a large park with a lake, speedboats, and lots of roses; the environment was quite nice.

The location is very good, just on the edge of the government department gathering area, very close to the highest national flag and the National Museum. But the room facing west is too hot in the sun, no air conditioning

Guest UserThe name of the hotel is SJIXINGHE HOTEL, and it is located on the 6th and 7th floors of a building (hotel?) called Dushanbe Palace. The information desk and temporary reception are on the 1st floor, but the actual reception is on the 7th floor. The dining room and karaoke room? are also on the 7th floor. The room I was assigned was on the 6th floor and was quite spacious, but it was a very hot time of year, so the air conditioning didn't work very well. There was a simple room-temperature water dispenser in the room. The shower room had poor drainage, so the water wouldn't go away. I had to take my towels to the reception desk myself to change them. It seems like the design of the room was changed from a regular residence to a hotel during construction. The location is good, but the heavy traffic in Dushanbe city center means that it's not really an advantage.

We stayed at Safar Hotel for 3 days in rooms 207 and 407. Breakfast started at 8:10, but it was not at all what we expected—just simple eggs and sausages, though we were hoping for a buffet. When we asked to have breakfast prepared earlier, they flat-out refused. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the hotel staff spoke Chinese, which was nice. However, in room 407, the toilet lid was broken. We didn’t notice at first, but in the end, we were made to pay for it. Despite our explanations, they still charged us a 150 somoni fine. Long story short, we left very upset on the last day. We kindly request the hotel owners to refund the unfairly charged amount.
