"Check in is allowed before 2pm The room assigned was clean & functional 2 big bottles of water provided is plus points. The pillow & duvet in the room is soft & comfortable The hotel located beside Esplanade mall is very convenient,easy to get to Watson's , zus coffee , milk tea and some cafe / restaurants . The swimming pool is nice , the kids love it The front desk is fast n efficient , answering my questions professionally . They provide good quality shampoo ,body foam & hand soap If the hotel can provide some extra TV channel & hair conditioning would be better Due to the hotel not having gym facilities , U can use gym facilities inside Esplanade mall but they only open at 10am , which is slightly upset for me cuz I don't have the chance to use it because of late opening time . Overall it was a good experience for my family at the KSL Esplanade Hotel"

"The hotel is located near AEON Bukit Raja. The check-in process was very easy, the front office staff were very efficient, and a welcome drink was provided for every guest. The service from the bellboy was also excellent. The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped. I was very satisfied with my stay here and may return again in the future."

"I would Iike to commend the hotel staff. We left our luggage unknowingly at the concierge leaving for Spore, only to find out in Spore after 7 hours. We contacted the hotel staff immediately and they were to response to our needs on this lost and found item. Eventually, the luggage were retrieved safely in the hotel. "I chose this hotel because I was working nearby. I already knew it was an older hotel, so I opted for a newly renovated room. However, the walls and corners in the room weren't finished well, so it still felt old at a glance. The bathroom, on the other hand, was renovated quite nicely. The room's floor felt dusty, perhaps not cleaned thoroughly, and no disposable slippers were provided. You have to bring your own toiletries as the hotel's provided shower products were awful and barely any. I couldn't get hot water for showering at night and only had it in the morning. In summary, this hotel isn't worth the price. They do charge a 100 RMB deposit upon check-in. The front desk service was friendly."

"The room was clean and super simple, just the basics, which worked great for a quick transit stay. What I really liked was the location. The KTM station was literally a few steps away, and there were restaurants and night food trucks just down the road. Super easy to grab a bite or hop on a train without any hassle."
