"A hotel with a staff that will welcome you until you have paid your accommodation. The room is clean, but for some reason when the air conditioner is on, the TV is on at the same time. Strange urgency from the sewer, though it looks clean. The cafe at the hotel is a war, recalling the writing from a safe distance. Small breakfasts on the Swedish table system. I suspect that omlet and casha are not just on water, but on water. Business lunch only at the price of 400 rubles. The portions of the size for a kitten whose stomach is less than a pin. It also seems that the cook doesn't know that frozen foods must be discooled before cooking. The staff has proved to me that the chicken from which the blood is bleeding is ready. I went on to the 4-star hotel, where the cafe is located, where the administrator allowed herself to ZARAT: "what... you all are here with your complaints about the cafe." I will sum up: there are many hotels without extremism and even more cafes with food actually brought to readiness. And for acute feelings lovers - what is necessary! "Just over an hour drive from Moscow. Check in was very efficient and greeted by all staff as we entered. Rooms are spotless and the attention to detail shows they really care. Service in the restaurant was excellent and also kids orientated. So much to do from windsurfing to swimming....hard to choose but for all weather they have plenty of activities indoors and out. This hotel caters for couples, families, corporates and groups. Management are visible all the time and staff are constantly checking satisfaction. Choice of 3 restaurants but we used the waterfront as they had a buffet and the kids could choose. To conclude, I would say, stay a minimum 2 nights as there is so much to do and well done to the team as they really try hard to make you feel comfortable. It's a fantastic resort and if you live in Moscow and want to unwind than this is the place!!)"

"Rest in this hotel with the whole family,2 adults and 2 children(bed and 6 years old) Plus: Live in 2nd room luxuries.The room is good,big,but old,dust is present,but not critical,go to the room only to sleep. Food is delicious, varied Animation young people entertain well. There is a mini zoo,the park is jumping the rabbit(the children are constantly dragged) And now the downsides: The roads are all broken, with the wheelchair is not going anywhere. The pool is a separate "theme" there is all old, all dirty, all rusty, the mellow of the pool is "going" in the tracks and very deep, there is a baby "frog" In the pool only walk in hats if you don't have them on the respiratory. The territory is not very large, but it is possible to walk with the wheelchair. For diversity you can come here, but we would no longer come ☺️"

I liked the restaurant Main Harbor, as well as karaoke with a wonderful lead! I liked the mangal platform with chessloons to fire the chess and sit with the company! A very kind girl met us at the receptacle ! From the hotel I got champagne and candy- very pleasant! All our wishes were heard and fulfilled! We will be happy to come to you again!
