Swissôtel Resort Kolasin

Swissôtel Resort Kolasin ★★★★

📍 Ski Centar 1600, Kolasin

"Forget half board, 2:30 hours for dinner. The food is okay but it is definitely possible to cook something similar in the room. Definitely a bad point. With the price and the standing the hôtel is pretending to hold, this would refrain me to come again. For the rest, personal is great."

"Rude staff! Terrible breakfast buffet. Nothing looked good and everyone we were with said the same thing. We had the dinner buffet the night before and I thought it was awful. We went to “check out “ the pool and a rude young man kicked us out, slamming doors and was RUDE. No respect for a customer. Shower leaked everywhere. No air conditioning. Terrible bed."

📍 10 Junaka Breze, Kolasin

"Absolutely the best place to stay ! We booked for one night and ended up staying two because it was so lovely. We wanted for nothing, the appartment was beautiful, fully equipped and had a mountain view. We handed in our passports to register and when we got back from a walk there was a beautiful birthday cake and card waiting for us. So kind (and delicious!). The staff were friendly, professional and lovely and a credit to the hotel. If ever we visit Montenegro again we will definitely return. Thank-you for a wonderful, memorable stay"

Swissôtel Resort Kolasin ★★★★
"The room was never cleaned during our stay. The restaurant took an incredibly long time to serve food—almost two hours for a single salad. Despite being marketed as a family-friendly hotel, there was no kids' menu and no dedicated children's area in the apartment. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel, but there weren't enough staff to properly attend to guests. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and we will not be returning. It was by far the worst hotel stay we've ever had."

"A new hotel just a 5-minute walk from Kolašin town center and a 15-minute drive from the Kolašin 1450 and 1600 ski areas. The restaurant is the best in Kolašin!"

"Our experience at Hotel Biance was disappointing in several key aspects. From the moment of arrival, there was no staff available to assist with luggage, which immediately created a negative first impression. The food quality was very poor and far below expected standards. The staff’s attitude toward guests was unprofessional, with weak communication and lack of basic customer care. In addition, there is no proper sound insulation — every noise can be heard, making the stay uncomfortable and lacking privacy. The only positive exceptions were a blonde girl and Dushku, who were polite, helpful, and professional. The hotel has potential, but it requires serious improvements in service quality, staff training, and overall guest experience."

Chalet Kolašin ★★★★
"We stayed at Chalet Kolasin for a week to celebrate New Year 2025 with my husband, parents and a small daughter (2 years) and rented two apartments. The whole stay was absolutely amazing! I have stayed in nice places all over the world, but have never seen the staff as lovely and attentive as here! They literally anticipated our every need before we asked. The breakfasts were completely delicious, the apartments are spacious and beautifully furnished, the condition of everything is super clean and fresh. But it’s the little extra touches that made our stay extra special: a cute set of bedding for our toddler, the living room TV having a Netflix and Disney accounts ready for us to use, a surprise cake gifted for us on New Year’s Day. One morning we woke up after heavy snowfall to find that our two cars have been completely cleaned from snow and ready to use! As you can tell, I cannot recommend Chalet Kolasin highly enough! Will be staying here again and telling all our friends."
