"Location is good but property is horrible and very poor. Booked with complimentary breakfast but they have no complimentary bf facility and charged at the time checkout. When i asked them for it they told we will deduct rs. 100- from the total food bill as we do not provide complimentary bf. Amenities are very poor even in the best room where i was booked ( super deluxe room ) and no maintenance. Service is also very poor. Overall a horrible experience."

"Jeypore princess hotel was the worst and worst. The hotel room was not clean, the ac was making noise so i could not sleep at night. Despite complaining nothing was done and i stayed at the hotel for 2 days and did not even change the bedsheet of the room. And the breakfast was the worst."
