"You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye you use to review a Western hotel. While nice, this property had some problems. It is modern but sparce, it had a very nice bathroom. There was a safe in the room and a mini-refrig. There was no coffee maker, it had very weak WIFI and weak AC master controlled from the front desk. The shower was slow to drain, the vanity sink drain was broken, there was debris on the floor in the entry foyer. It had a great balcony. We had dinner here and the food was quite good."

"We booked this hotel because we had a late-night arrival at the airport. Check-in was complicated: the staff didn't speak English, and the reception was through the gas station and rather unwelcoming. The room was clean and functional. However, there was no soundproofing, and the place didn't feel very secure. Someone even tried to open our door during the night! If you can avoid this hotel, don't hesitate."

"A lovely hotel which is very good value for money, and located very close to the airport just a short walk. The breakfast which was included in the hotel was varied, and great coffee included too. The room was very clean, and staff were helpful at check-in and spoke great English too. The wifi worked well with great AC and black out curtains. I highly recommend staying and I would stay agin!"

"Five stars experience! We stayed at the hotel Panorama in September 2023. The hotel itself is a majestic ethnic-modern building with great views, located in the heart of the ancient town of Kruja. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff that did the impossible to accommodate us in a room in a fully booked hotel. We stayed on the second floor and the room itself was spacious, well lighted, clean, equipped with a big balcony with beautiful views of the castle. Inside there were three beds, two singles and one queen, enough for a family of four. The bed sheets were snow white clean and the pillows were comfortable. The room temperature was regulated with a thermostat, which stayed comfortably around 22* celcius. During night time you could feel a pleasant cool breeze coming from the room's air vents. Wifi was excellent. The bathroom had a modern atmosphere. The shower area was inside an enclosure to prevent water splashing around, the pressure was adequate, hot or cold water in a few seconds. There were the toilet and the bidet and the sink area was nearby with all the necessary amenities. Plenty of clean towels were stacked on a two level rack near the shower. Now the breakfast (free). This is another element where the hotel Panorama excels at. Too many choices available, boiled or scrambled eggs, different cakes, strudels, jams, yogurt, cheese, butter, hot milk, coffee, tea, juices, etc ... etc. All together, there could have been 25-30 food items for the breakfast only. As a side note - I was glad to notice that some good locations in the town were undergoing new construction, especially new hotels and restaurants, like in the old bazaar area, which has seen new additions of old style shops and a new restaurant/hotel. All in all a very enjoyable experience."

"Hotel was convenient for the airport, they will drop it out off for no charge, we walked across because it was minutes away. Busy road though. Breakfast was okay, not worth the €15, coffee nice. We eaten in restaurant as nothing around there unless you go on airport. Food was Italian and nice."

"This is a fantastic hotel quite close to the airport, reasonably priced, with friendly staff who speak good English. If you call up when you are ready to leave the airport they will send a taxi over to get you. It costs 10 Euros, which is in the booking info. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good aircon and WIFI, and there is a bar in the main building where you can get food. Breakfast is also available, although we did not try it as we had to get to the airport to pick up our hire car. All in all, it was great to stay at this hotel and we would recommend it to others."
