"Overall our stay at the hotel was pleasant. However, there is room for improvement regarding the early morning room cleaning. At around 8:30 a.m., the vacuuming and cleaning noises from cleaning staff in the room next to ours were quite loud, which made it difficult for us to get a good rest, especially so early in the morning. There is also cigarette smell in the corridor, but fortunately it was not spread into room. The staff receptionist is very friendly and made us feel welcome all the time. The bedsheet is clean and comfortable."
