(Reception, House Keeper, Breakfast Staff) I love everything in this hotel.🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 - Clean room⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - The towel is very soft.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - I stay at 515 room, it's very good view. Panorama city view, you can see the clear moon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Before I stay at 505 room. it' good, but weter remote in restroom can't use.⭐⭐⭐ - Breakfast is good. Several menu, rice, vegetable, ซาลาเปา, rice boiled, noodle, bakery, coffee, milk, Yogert, fruit. All it ok for breakfast. I'm fill.😊🩷 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ---- สำหรับคนไทย คนไทยมาพักที่นี่เลยค่ะ ตอนเรามาคนไทยมาพักเยอะอยู่ หลังโรงแรมมีร้าน miniso กับ Thai Town มาเดินเล่น ถ่ายรูป นั่งกินปิ้งย่างได้ เดินจากโรงแรมไปประมาณ 600 กว่าเมตร เดินไปทางข้างหลังโรงแรมนะคะ สามารถทะลุไป ถนน Huanggong East Street (黄公东街) ได้ // ออกจากลิฟท์โรงแรม ＞＞ เลี้ยวซ้าย เดินทะลุตึกไปข้างหลัง // เปิด Amap เดินไปได้ // นั่งDiDi ประมาณ 10 หยวน เดินจากโรงแรมไปวัดหวงตงได้ ไกลหน่อย แต่เดินชมวิวไปเรื่อยๆก็โอเคน๊าาา // ออกจากลิฟท์โรงแรม หันมาทางขวาตรงถนนที่มีป้ายรถเมล์ // แล้วเดินไปทางซ้าย จะเจอร้าน uniqlo ＞＞ แล้วก็เดินไปเรื่อยๆเลยค่ะ เปิด Amap ไป เดินจากโรงแรมไปประตูม้าทองได้ ออกจากลิฟห์โรงแรม ＞＞ หันขวามาที่ถนนที่มีป้ายรถเมล์ ＞＞ แล้วเลี้ยวขวา ＞＞ เจอสี่แยกแล้วเลี้ยวขวาอีกที ＞＞ ระหว่างทาง: ตรงสี่แยกข้างถนนไป จะเจอตึกจีนสีแดงๆถ่ายรูปสวยมากค่ะ ＞＞ ถ่ายรูปเสร็จเดินตรงไป สุดหัวถนนแล้ว ข้ามถนนทางขวามือ ＞＞ เดินไปเรื่อยๆก็เจอประตูม้าทองค่ะ ＞＞ ระหว่างทางก่อนเจอประตูม้าทองจะเจอร้านขนมที่คนต่อที่คิวเยอะๆ เป็นขนมเปี๊ยะกุหลาบอร่อยมากค่ะ

The hotel location is superb. I really like it. After going through Dali, Lijiang & Shangri-la. I was tired of the limited halal food options. But just downstairs is the muslim halal street food area. This area is also very walkable to both Nancheng mosque & Shuncheng mosque. The hotel is really at the center of kunming center. Everyday you will get past the Zhong ai gate to get around. I took a walk around 2 hours on just to walk around these places because its very nearby...jinma biji square, nanping street and also dongfeng square. Theres also Luckin coffee downstairs, I ordered velvet latte (recommended!!) everyday and got my favourite wangxian merch. I was so happy the time i was in china coincide with the time they have this collaboration 😭😭😭😭 We got to eat very nice halal western dishes (burgers, pasta & fries etc). Everytime we went out we will visit that small western food stall. Its very recommended haha

I haven't stayed at Atour many times, but I chose this Atour for my first night in Kunming, mainly because of its excellent location. It's very close to Kunming Station and near Kunming Old Street, so I could explore the night scenery there. The parking lot is on the fourth floor across the street. You have to carry your luggage down to the first floor, cross the street, take an elevator to the seventh floor, and then reach the Atour front desk, which was a bit inconvenient. The room wasn't very big, and both the bed and duvet felt a bit small. However, all the facilities and equipment were brand new. I'm particular about the comfort of shower facilities, and they proved to be excellent, even better than those at the InterContinental Kunming where I stayed later. The congee in the evening was thick and delicious, very refreshing. The gym, though small, was fully equipped, and they even placed a bottle of water on each piece of equipment, showing great attention to detail. While breakfast wasn't particularly lavish, the staff were exceptionally good. Even when they announced that they were about to close, they were still refilling depleted food items, which many hotels costing thousands wouldn't necessarily do. Overall, after this short stay, I'm very satisfied with Atour; I feel like I've become a fan.

A friend recommended this B&B, and my family and I chose it for Chinese New Year. It really exceeded our expectations! The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated, and the rooms themselves are spacious and clean. The little courtyard is very quiet. The staff, both the guys and girls, were all super enthusiastic. Before we even checked in, someone helped us take our luggage to our room, which was a really thoughtful touch. The breakfast rice noodles were incredibly delicious, and it was great that they could bring afternoon tea directly to our room. I'd definitely choose this place again for my next visit!

The hotel's location is great, right near the old street, making shopping very convenient. The front desk staff also gave my child a small gift upon check-in and check-out, which was a very thoughtful touch. Additionally, since rooms were scarce during Chinese New Year, I had booked two different room types for my two-night stay. Traveling with a child, the front desk proactively arranged for us to stay in the same room type for both nights, saving us the hassle of switching rooms. This was really commendable.

My husband and I chose to visit Kunming for Chinese New Year in 2026. We usually prefer newly opened hotels in the city center, and the Four Points by Sheraton perfectly fit our 'preference.' (We stayed for five days and four nights, from the first to the fifth day of the ***** New Year.) The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable; you can see the bustling city below right from your bed. It's very close to the old town and the 'Golden Horse and Jade Rooster' archways, and there's a shopping mall and various snack stalls right downstairs. The staff at the hotel lobby and the service staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even had some 'Chinese New Year mini-games.' The breakfast was also very diverse and delicious. Our stay was fantastic, and we'll definitely choose to stay at Four Points by Sheraton again on our next trip to Kunming.

Stayed here for a week. The location of the hotel is convenient and perfect for those who want to spend a few days enjoying the bars, cafes, and shopping areas of Old Town. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and tidy with all the amenities one can expect. Perfect for both solo travellers and groups or families. I would definitely recommend the place, and when I visit Kunming again this will be my go to hotel to stay at once more

I stayed at Kunming M Hotel for 2 nights and had a very good experience. At first, it was a bit hard to find because my Didi driver stopped at the corner near Four Seasons by Sheraton, so I couldn’t see the hotel entrance clearly. I had to walk around a bit, but I managed to find it in the end. The lobby is on the 8th floor, which is quite unique. The room is super modern, honestly it feels a bit futuristic. The toilet even has a bidet (yahoo!), which I really appreciated. Customer service was also good, staff were polite and helpful. Location is the best part. Nanping and Nancheng pedestrian streets are lively and crowded, especially at night. There are also a lot of shopping outlets nearby, all within walking distance. For Muslim travellers, it’s very convenient. Shuncheng Mosque is nearby, with plenty of halal eateries around the mosque area. Nancheng Mosque is also accessible. Halal eateries and food is easy to find and you can walk to most places. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Holiday Inn was such a pleasant surprise! Before check-in, a staff member named Xiao Wang contacted me to ask about my needs. I mentioned I was in Kunming for an exam, and she actually upgraded me to a suite! I was so touched. I'm not even a high-tier member, yet the hotel treated me so well. Kunming Holiday Inn is truly amazing! Xiao Jin, who checked me in at the front desk, was very helpful and professional. She even arranged for an extra humidifier for my room. To be honest, even though the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are perfectly maintained, and the cleanliness is far superior to other hotels in the same price range. It's truly a hidden gem! The biggest surprise was finding a swimming pool and a sky garden on the sixth floor. After a swim, sunbathing in the garden was pure bliss. I'll definitely stay at Holiday Inn again next time I'm in Kunming.

This hotel was a real gem! I stayed for several days and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. Whether I had a question or a small request, they were always quick to respond and very thoughtful. They even offered free late-night snacks! The laundry room was also free to use, which is super convenient for longer stays. The location is fantastic too, right near the city center with tons of malls, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy – no need for detours. I've already recommended this place to my friends and will definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area!
