Many guests rave about how everything they wanted to see or try was within walking distance.  The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and tasteful décor that many describe as calming and pleasant. Reviews consistently highlight excellent cleanliness and hygiene — a major plus for budget travelers concerned about comfort.  Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a self-service laundry room, free luggage storage, and handy extras like mobile screen casting for movies or games. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to shopping and dining. The room was clean and had no strange smells, but the best part was the incredibly thoughtful service. The staff at the front desk, both the guys and girls, were not only good-looking but also spoke so kindly. The Ibis Hotel Nanping Street offers excellent value for money! The location is super convenient, close to shopping areas, making it easy to grab a bite or shop. The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable bedding for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast is plentiful. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming!

This was my first stay at an Atour hotel, and it was a very comfortable experience. The staff at the front desk were all enthusiastic and polite. They even gave us small gifts during both check-in and check-out, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was spotless, the bedding was conducive to a good night's sleep, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. Any small requests we had were promptly fulfilled by the front desk. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Nanping Old Walking Street and not far from the main attractions around Cuihu Lake. Overall, I'd give it a big thumbs up!

Clean and modern, minimalistic room. Bed is comfy. There is a bidet. Projector was nice, we watched a couple of movies during our stay. However, for a family of 3, there is very little hooks or towel rack thats is practically absent for our jackets and towels. The clothes stand was a little to small although they provided a number of hangers. I think a few wall hooks wont hurt the mininalist look. Location is 10/10 especially if you are a muslim. Halal food is everywhere. Service is good too. The receptionists tried to help us with any questions we had. I’d stay here again for sure.

The hotel's location is superb, right by Jinma Biji Square, making it very convenient to walk to the old street. The staff are also very dedicated and responsible. There are so many beautiful plants and flowers throughout the hotel, which is really pleasing to the eye.

Strategic location in Kunming old street, you can get all the famous Yunnan souvenirs here and walk to the hotel and continue shopping again. Hotel facilities are ok, all the basic necessities are available, but might need some maintenance and upgrades. Room size is fine consider its location is within the city and tourist area. Front desk and all the hotel crews are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever we need. We check in quite late at midnight and they were all ready to help us, they also help to receive parcel prior to our arrival. Thank you team.

The hotel is just an 8-minute walk from the train station, with plenty of great food options nearby. They even gave us a free room upgrade when we checked in, and the room was spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. There was a small incident where my husband realized he'd left his phone in the room after checking out. He rushed back, and the staff had already secured it at the reception for us. We're really grateful! We'll definitely be staying here again when we return to Kunming in 14 days.

I arrived quite late, and the hotel proactively upgraded my room, so a big thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk – I forgot to ask her name! The location is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The security guard at the entrance was also very friendly, recommending local specialty restaurants and always greeting us warmly, which was a nice touch. I do suggest improving the breakfast service a bit. On holidays, it gets crowded, and we had to sit in the outer bar area, which meant walking a long way every time to get food. On the second day, I asked for a large mug, but they said none were clean yet, only small ones. Having to keep refilling a tiny cup for coffee by walking back and forth several times was quite tiring…

We got upgraded to suite with one bedroom for free! Could never imagine we will get this experience. The room was so big and comfortable for family with toddler. My kid was happily running around here and there playing with her toys because of the huge space. The location was nearby Shuncheng Street where we can access the halal foods and also very nearby to the famous Nanping Pedestrian Street. Cleanliness and hospitality was top tier. We thank the hotel for the nice opportunity for our family :)
