"This was my first time staying at this hotel in Kuopio; previously, I always chose the Lapland Hotels (closer to the train station). This time, I had a private car, so location wasn't an issue. The hotel itself is good, but finding the breakfast area was a bit of a hassle. The overall layout isn't as straightforward as other hotels, which was a bit inconvenient. The front desk lady was very helpful; she assisted me in booking a restaurant. When there were no tables available, she recommended nearby alternatives and continued to help with the reservations!"

"We had a lovely stay and especially enjoyed having the private dock in the suite, making it easy to start the day with a refreshing morning swim in the lake. The beautiful lake views created a peaceful atmosphere throughout our visit. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the thoughtfully prepared vegan options and loved enjoying breakfast in our suite while looking out over the water. Having Saana Kuopio right next door was another great bonus. A relaxing and memorable experience that we would happily recommend."

We didn't see the room offer, the balcony room would have been super! on the shadow side. Parking OK, ash cups in the corridors. Accessibility suitable for us. Gym !!! Positive surprise, as well as lamp! Not with the winter pack, it's a traffic disturbance. Near the center, easy to come by your own car!"

"We got excellent service at the reception desk. The officer could find us the room exactly according to our wishes. The just renovated room was very nice, clean and had a good styling and excellent view to the slopes. Also the intermediate cleaning of the room was done accurately under a given time period. We could also enjoy the good and rich breakfasts in the spacious restaurant. The only minus during our visit was that there was construction work going on, but the noise caused was luckily low."
