"The hotel is in a remote location, you can't get there except by car, there are no shops or anything nearby, breakfast is very meager, there is nowhere to have dinner, the food is simply disgusting, we went into town for groceries, the bungalow windows have no glass! All sorts of creatures try to eat you! There are no mosquito nets, the staff simply did not notice us, despite the fact that the hotel was empty! There is a lot of garbage floating in the sea, it is scary to swim because there is no one, you can drown and no one will notice. In the morning they start knocking, they are laying tiles by the pool, dogs are running around."

Hence we brushes teeth with bottle water even the taps are rusty. The bed are hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner took way too to cool the room."

"The experience during the trip was also okay. The service quality of the rooms is okay, the staff are polite and provide attentive and enthusiastic support. Breakfast is okay but not very rich. The landscape is too overgrown with trees and not many flowers. In general, if you try it once, you will know how it is, but if you come back again, you probably won't come back. Reason: The hotel has too many rules, making visitors overwhelmed. Compared to the price and general area, the hotel cannot be compared to other hotels in Phan Thiet. The location is remote and there are not many places to play. This place is only suitable for tourists who want to relax away from the noise, not for groups of friends and families. Suggestions: -Ks should simplify the rules to help tourists avoid being overwhelmed. -Improve breakfast for visitors. -Plant more flowers for tourists to take photos. This is a personal opinion and contribution. It does not contain defamatory content, please sympathize."
