"Our family room window is much higher than normal level, we can’t see the outside view , when we open the shade, there is a staff walkway just a floor above ours. So we even can’t open the shade to enjoy daylight due to privacy. I believe other rooms won’t have this issue, but still not good for us. ❌ Everyday have different iced welcome drink in reception. ✅ Small pool but not busy, free without booking from 8am-8pm ✅ Our room has mini-kitchen, electronic cooker and hood ✅ Refrigerator is cold enough for really cold drinks.✅ No refill of bottle water and no mini- bar❌ No clean up of cutlery❌ Shower with good temperature range and enough pressure.✅ Just 2 pin sockets, no USB. ❌ Hotel location is PERFECT👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.Plenty of restaurants around. At the middle of famous attractions. 2 Supermarkets and self laundry around. ✅✅✅ Plenty of nice Algarve wall artwork.✅ Nice breakfast buffet ✅"

"Hygiene: Hygiene needs improvement; we encountered insects in the room. The restaurant, perhaps due to its seaside location, was left open, resulting in flies buzzing around. Environment: However, the hotel is very convenient, as it's only 50 meters from the kayaking area's starting point. We booked an apartment-style room with two bedrooms. Scenery: The view shown in Figure 1 is easily accessible from the hotel on the walk to the kayaking area. Figure 2 shows the view from the hotel restaurant, offering a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean."

"The room is large and quiet but the boxes are old and dirty gardens with locked parts. The balcony is large but dirty and needs a update in the painting. The bathroom is good but with strong smell from the rack. The room is large and it would be good to have a supplement waste because it only has in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The mini kitchen has a good fridge but the boxes and pia are very old, with a strong smell. I missed detergent and bubble in the kitchen. The room level would justify having a Nespresso, it would be very good. The good point are towels of excellent quality in both the room and the pool. The area of the pool is beautiful, well-cared garden and top chairs to sleep. The bar is interesting, but I didn't use it because I found the prices a little cheap. We have dinner one day at the hotel, I don't recommend it, it's buffet service and the food wasn't good, it was expensive."

"Hotel has great facilities and was very clean, though we were disappointed to realise that due to unsafe cliffs, it no longer offered direct access to the beach. Service should really be improved for such an expensive hotel: 1. Reception gave us 2 twin beds even though we specifically made a request at booking for double bed 2. Restaurants got my coffee orders wrong on multiple occasions throughout the stay 3. During the saturday bbq night, the hostess Priscilla made up a poor excuse not to give us a poolside table even though we were one of the earliest guests there. Her excuse was the remaining poolside tables were reserved for 4 families with dogs. We didn't see a single dog during the entire course of 2 hours, and the tables were given away to other couples for reasons unknown. This incident really upset us, and the fact that she had the audacity to make up such an excuse is appalling. 4. Gratuity was charged at 7.5% for every item, which is fine but what left a bad taste in the mouth is the hotel did it without informing customers upfront."

"Welcome to the hotel. Only a small bemol, on Trip we had reversed a 50m square apartment, but once arrived at the hotel we found ourselves in a simple room. Let's say that having a private pool for the simple rooms compensated for this disappointment. If not, the hotel is beautiful and the environment is beautiful."

"The hotel is located in a small town, which fits the feeling of a village (not a derogatory word). You must drive here (there is no public transportation). The hotel is very quiet and feels very safe. The room is very large and fully equipped with a washing machine, a full set of kitchenware, a refrigerator, a sofa, a dining table, and a large balcony with a dining table where you can sit outdoors and watch the sunset and drink and eat, which is very comfortable. The hotel service staff is warm and polite. We arrived at about 12:30 noon. According to the previous hotel feedback, its policy is to check in at 4 pm, but the uncle at the front desk called and asked, saying that the room has been cleaned up and can be checked in for us. It is really good, otherwise we can only put down our luggage and go out. The hotel is not far from several attractions. It takes about ten minutes to drive there. The hotel is also about 10 minutes to drive to several large supermarkets in the town. Staying here is really the best choice for vacation. The key is high cost performance."

"Quite a nice resort on its own. But not within walking distance to anything. I was there for 3 nights, I dun think the resort was fully booked, but I was given the room furthest from the lobby. was not such a big deal as I drive. But feel a slight anti-asian sentiment."

"Nice hotel, Very quite at the river. The city is closed and you arrive to the beaches on a few minutes. You should have a car. I liked the spa and the gym too. Very friendly staff and modern building."
