"The bed is a little softer than other hotels, and the pillows are looser. Apart from these two points, there are basically no flaws. We did not buy breakfast, which is on the second floor and cannot be seen. The front desk in the lobby helped us print our boarding passes, and there is free coffee and tea, and a microwave."

"The building was originally an old peoples’ home before being converted to a hotel a few years ago. As a result it is wheelchair accessible throughout with wide corridors and big doors. It is set in large open grounds equipped with trampolines, football and play areas and with easy walks into nearby forest. There is no reception as such but key codes for outer doors and rooms are sent by email. Also there is no restaurant but two well equipped kitchens for cooking ones’ own lunches and suppers. However there is service at breakfast with a wide and excellent choice. Rooms are large and simple but with plenty of sitting and desk space and an attractive selection of ornaments and pictures, delightfully there is no TV but good wifi. There is a sauna, charged at €10 per hour, much enjoyed. Overall an ideal place to stay not only for elderly couples such as ourselves but very suitable for families."
