"I have no positive notes. Sagging mattresses; No soundproofing (there is a road in front and you can hear the cars and trucks that made me wake up at 6:30) The rooms are connected to the neighboring ones and you can hear EVERYTHING (among other things, connecting doors with simple keys still inserted), if a neighbor turns on the light you can see it. Breakfast that seems to be bought at the Eurospin 8€ for 8€ per person (I should point out that I arrived at 7) with a few yogurts from the discount store, 4 slices of old tart, a tray of snacks unwrapped and put there, a tray of cold cuts and a tray of cheeses. BUFFET. Dirty and old rooms, there is a socket on only one side of the bed, the electrical system is from the 70s/80s, completely empty mini bar... Definitely in need of modernization. Motel dump of 1/2 stars. Nothing more."

"Just 10 minutes from the Arese Expo parking lot and 10 minutes from the Molino Dorino metro station, this beautiful B&B offers a unique, family-like welcome. Standard rooms, not overly modern, but spacious and clean. A spacious breakfast and dinner area, flat-screen TV with Sky and Wi-Fi are also available. Use of the pool and outdoor gazebo is included. A family atmosphere where Wanda and Maria welcome you as if you were already their friends. I will definitely be returning for ITMA in November with my company. Highly recommended!!!"

"The staff at the breakfast bar were friendly, but otherwise... it leaves a lot to be desired. Cobwebs in the bathroom, black leaks in the shower... and the maid who tried to get into the room at all costs, trying multiple keys, and not realizing that if the door was locked, I was still inside getting ready... (It was 9 in the morning). The place is nice, but as for the rooms (with clean linens, though), time has stopped 50 years ago... what a shame."

"We chose this property for its proximity to the Expo site (we've always traveled by car, but it's also close to the parking lot where the shuttles depart). The B&B is well-presented and offers the bare minimum: the downstairs rooms are quite spacious, while those upstairs are more cramped. Breakfast is modest (just juice, coffee, and packaged pastries). The property is clean and tidy, and bed linens are changed daily. It's a suitable base for a maximum of 2 days."
