"The pool was closed the entire three days we were there. We supposedly got a lake view room, but both the words "lake" (a actually some weird industrial canal) and "view" (of the absolutely MASSIVE smoke stack) are doing some real heavy lifting. The restaurants had weird very limited hours, and the choices were either a very expensive steakhouse, or a glorified Panera. The casino slots were like Temu versions of themed slots in better casinos. The lobby, halls, and room were all very clean, I'll say that. And the staff we encountered were very nice. But we got bored fast."

"We stayed here because of a problem with another hotel, and after having stayed at several in the same chain, we were disappointed. The bathroom was dusty and moldy; the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and when we put our suitcase down, an enormous cloud of dust billowed out. Breakfast was impossible; we had to eat out."

"My husband and I stayed for the weekend and it was fantastic!! The lodge was great but the food was spectacular!! We never left and we ended up eating there Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday brunch. The staff was amazing!!! What a gem. We will be back  . Shout out to Phil, Tyler and Paige. Truly wonderful at what they do and made us feel like we’ve known them forever."
