"Nice Hotel is located in the center of Lech, few steps to the ski-lift. Style, layout, decorations are well considered. Rooms are specious and beautifully decorated, with balconies, where you can comfortably breath fresh air and enjoy beautiful views. After skiing you can enjoy SPA with three types sauna, steam bath and relax area. Very cozy lobby. Special words to ski room, most probably the best I have ever seen. Free Wi-Fi, reconnection, however was required each time. Dinners are testy. Food is served very elegantly. Breakfast, however, slightly disappointed: quite limited choice of food, same each day. The hotel does not offer apres-ski snacks (what is usual for such level hotels). Rooms, however, are served with fresh fruits, fresh fruits are also available at the reception. Overall nice, warm and cozy."

The hotel is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully updated with modern amenities, yet still full of the cozy, timeless charm of a classic Alpine mountain lodge. Every detail feels intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. You can also feel the love and care the owning family puts into the property. Their presence creates a warm, genuine atmosphere that makes the hotel feel more like a home than a place to stay. The amenities are top-notch, the location is unbeatable, and the reception team's hiking and biking recommendations were perfect. Exploring the surrounding mountains was effortless, and the scenery is simply breathtaking. This hotel gave us an unforgettable experience, and we already know we'll be back in both the summer and winter. Next time, we'll be bringing our families. We can't recommend Hotel Arlberg Lech enough."

"Worst service I ever experienced in te restaurant. The staff didn’t know the todays special when being asked. It took one hour to get our food and we got in different times so most of us had to eat alone. Didn’t get our drinks to our food. Would not recommended a visit to their restaurant with those prices I would think the service was ok but it was worse than I ever experienced. Super disappointed!!!"

"Small but nice house. Not cheap, but nothing is cheap in Lech.....My single room (with parquet flooring) was spacious enough, nice and clean bathroom. The bed has a good mattress, the duvet was too warm for me personally (but that's a matter of taste). The kettle in the room was very practical! The breakfast buffet is great! Very good selection of different things! The homemade muesli is a highlight!! I will definitely come back!"

One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful home-made cakes served in the afternoon! It was such a super nice touch and added a warm, homey feel to our experience. Each day, we eagerly looked forward to enjoying these delicious treats - we could not resist :) The gourmet highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Chef’s Table. The culinary experience was nothing short of amazing, with exquisite dishes that showcased the chef's creativity and skill. It was a true feast for the senses and an unforgettable dining experience. "Great location- ski in/out. Staff was very nice and price includes breakfast in the morning. The hotel also has a spa with steam room and sauna. It was such a treat after a day of skiing. There is also a bar for apre and they make great lattes. It is a great location as you can also walk to town for dinner and shopping."

"We have been here a few times. We love the hotel, where we got a nice room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. Some stylish renovations had been made around the entrance/reception. We had half board: The food was very good. Martin and his team are very nice and service minded. We have passed the age of skiing, but there are well kept cross country skiing tracks, and some separate well kept walking paths, which brings you out into the nature. You can take the bus out and ski or hike back. And last but now least, there is the cosy little town of Lech, where the hotel is situated in the main street close to the cabin up to Oberlech. We arrived by e-car from Denmark and parked in the big underground Anger garage which we booked and paid at the hotel. We charged the car opposite the hotel, but there has recently been established charges in the lowest level of the garage according the Martin."

"My girlfriend and I visited for lunch on the 7th of March. Our waiter had terrible attitude, rude to other staff. The food wasn’t amazing and very pricey for what it was. I had the burger with wedges on the side and my partner had the spaghetti bolognese which was quite salty."

A very nice sauna, steam room, and pool area with great, easy-to-use showers. The generous breakfast buffet is a delightful start to each day. Many thanks to the Walch family! I cannot recommend room 21 under the roof; only book rooms with a balcony!"

"Wonderful 5 star hotel. The owners are present and highly visible and helpful. The registration personnel exceptional - in fact the entire staff should be commended for going out of their way to make our visit outstanding. No request was to out of reach. The annual classic car rally was ending when we arrived and provided great entertainment. We did get the Lech card which was well worth it as there are so many places to visit including beautiful lakes and wonderful gondola mountain vistas to reach."

"Unfortunately we only stayed one night but a perfect little hotel to stay in during spring. About a five minute walk to the Rüdikopf gondola and shops. Also a short but a little steep walk to the town ‘butcher’ which also has a restaurant - and wonderful Leberkäs. The rooms were spacious with a comfortable lounge and our room had the biggest bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful with good choices. The owner is exceptionally friendly."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Rote Wand in April! My girlfriend and I spent three nights there, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the highlights was definitely the food experience. The Chef’s Table was outstanding – creative, refined, and truly memorable. On top of that, the “Friends and Fools” dinner was such a fun and unique experience, with a great atmosphere and incredible dishes. We also went skiing, and even in spring the ski-in/ski-out setup worked surprisingly well. On the way back, we only had to walk about two minutes due to limited snow – totally fine and still very convenient. The spa area was another big highlight. We loved the pools and especially the sauna program, including an amazing sauna show that we didn’t expect at this level. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the overall vibe. It’s a family-run place with so much personality, combining a super cool, modern design with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. All in all, a perfect mix of luxury, fun, and authenticity. We’ll definitely be back at Rote Wand!"

"The family-run Hotel Hubertus is highly recommended. The value for money is excellent. Very comfortable and clean rooms (single rooms are also available!), a rich breakfast buffet, a delicious dinner with a large salad buffet and always a vegetarian option in the evening, and excellent service from everyone. Markus and Monica are welcoming hosts who fulfill all your wishes and always have an activity tip up their sleeve. They make a real effort, and guests feel it. As the icing on the cake, there's always a fresh homemade cake available late in the afternoon, as a little refreshment after skiing and before a delicious dinner ;-). You can ski directly from the hotel to the slopes and later (after a short section in deep snow) back right next to the hotel (underground parking and ski storage included). The village is also just a stone's throw away on foot; the medical center and pharmacy are literally around the corner. The wellness and relaxation area are very clean and soothing. This was our first time staying with you, and certainly not the last! Thank you, Markus and Monica, for a relaxing ski holiday with you."

"The hospitality and kindness of the staff are superb. As a solo traveler you can feel alone from time to time - here I felt at home. My journey didn't start well because of a mistake in the booking(a mistake from my side), so I didn't get access to a room which met the demands I had. But the staff and the way they met their guests soon made me forget about it, and I just enjoyed hanging in the public areas and working from there If there is room for me next time I am in Lech, then I without a doubt want to stay here again."

"Guests come back to Sandhof year after year, and for good reason. This hotel has been run by proprietor Martin’s family since his grandparents started renting out rooms in the 1930s. Guests are treated warmly by Martin and his kind staff. We did the half board and were very happy that we did so. The food was delicious. More impressively to me as a wine lover, this small hotel has a massive wine selection. Martin lays down reds for years. We let him recommend a bottle every night, and the bottles varied between 2012 and 2003 … all for reasonable prices. Our family of 4 chose one of the apartments, and it we had enough room for us not to be on top of each other. Board games by the fire prior to dinner became our nightly routine. Last but not least, Sandhof is close to a Intersport for ski rental, the cable car up to Oberlech, and this little place locals seem to frequent for awesome pork belly sandwiches. Long story short, we’ve already booked our stay for next March and plan to be one of those families that returns year after year."
