Alpina Lech - Your Home from Home
"Bruno and his team are the most friendly welcoming people. They make you feel like house guests and what a house!! Charming ,cosy, open fire, delicious healthy treats both at breakfast and afternoon tea, Homemade preserves and a very special morning 'Schnapps ' made from celery and carrot , sets you up for the day. The service is impeccable .Very Alpine, very gorgeous and extremely relaxed, immaculate. The perfect combination. We have already reserved for next year, cannot wait!"
Hotel Arlberg Lech
"Hotel Arlberg Lech exceeded every expectation and is easily our favorite hotel we've ever visited. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully updated with modern amenities, yet still full of the cozy, timeless charm of a classic Alpine mountain lodge. Every detail feels intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. You can also feel the love and care the owning family puts into the property. Their presence creates a warm, genuine atmosphere that makes the hotel feel more like a home than a place to stay. The amenities are top-notch, the location is unbeatable, and the reception team's hiking and biking recommendations were perfect. Exploring the surrounding mountains was effortless, and the scenery is simply breathtaking. This hotel gave us an unforgettable experience, and we already know we'll be back in both the summer and winter. Next time, we'll be bringing our families. We can't recommend Hotel Arlberg Lech enough."
Haus Schrofenstein
"Small but nice house. Not cheap, but nothing is cheap in Lech.....My single room (with parquet flooring) was spacious enough, nice and clean bathroom. The bed has a good mattress, the duvet was too warm for me personally (but that's a matter of taste). The kettle in the room was very practical! The breakfast buffet is great! Very good selection of different things! The homemade muesli is a highlight!! I will definitely come back!"
Die AlpenRose
"Excellent room and Breakfast Family run and very friendly. Claudia and the team are outstanding Thank you Jackie and Graham"
Hotel Tannbergerhof im Zentrum Von Lech
"Fantastic! Very Good Vibe here in the summer."
Rote Wand Gourmet Hotel, a Member of Design Hotels
"My partner and I had a wonderful long-weekend stay that exceeded all our expectations. The place had an authentic Alpine charm that made us feel like we were in a cozy mountain retreat. The personalized service was exceptional, making us feel truly special and welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful home-made cakes served in the afternoon! It was such a super nice touch and added a warm, homey feel to our experience. Each day, we eagerly looked forward to enjoying these delicious treats - we could not resist :) The gourmet highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Chef’s Table. The culinary experience was nothing short of amazing, with exquisite dishes that showcased the chef's creativity and skill. It was a true feast for the senses and an unforgettable dining experience. Overall, our stay was perfect in every way, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a charming and memorable Alpine getaway!"
Hinterwies – Ski in / Lodge / Dine
"We stayed at this hotel for an unforgettable ski week. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by a super friendly staff that made us feel at home and this was usual every time we met them in the lobby. Rooms are very spacious with great views of the mountains. There is a T-bar lift just 20 mts from the hotel which is a plus. The hotel is located aprox 700 mts from Lech main street but walking has never been a pain (although you have to consider taking a taxi if you arrive at Lech in public transport). Breaksfast is really outstanding with many options both sweet and salad. There is a relax area for apres ski with both a sauna and steam bath but no jacuzzi. My only suggestion would be to offer a kettle with tea/coffee options in the room, but for the rest I would definetivley chose Hinterwies again."
Hotel Hubertus
"A truly beautiful hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. Very friendly, helpful owners and attentive staff. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything you need for a successful vacation. A large selection at breakfast and the evening menu (varied and featuring regional products – delicious!). This certainly won't be our last visit."
Hotel der Berghof
"We have been staying here for our family skiing holiday for many years and this year the whole stay was as good as usual. The staff are very friendly, the food is excellent and our rooms were first rate. We certainly plan to go back next year"

Appart Hotel Knappaboda
"From the moment we arrived at the wonderful Knappaboda Appart Hotel, until the day we left, the Walch family did everything to ensure a perfect stay. This place is exceptional! Their service and attention to detail was simply outstanding - they simply went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The design of the appartments is world class - every last detail has been thought about to deliver a dream like experience. It is a perfect concept for the best holiday. Stay in? We found out what's not to love in the Appartments, spacious, loads of room to relax, chill & cook when we felt like it, and also go out when we want (+ the supermarket is just 2 minutes away!). We found it perfect for adults & kids (they love kids!), but at the same time peaceful. In summary we found the atmosphere & decoration beautiful, relaxing & welcoming - and Gertrud & Conny are the perfect hosts. And, finally, located just next to the slopes makes it the ideal location to go out on the snow quickly and get home with total ease at the end of the day. Highly recommend to try it out!"
Haldenhof
"An exceptional hotel in Lech - the reviews on Tripadvisor are spot on. The first thing that catches the eye is how absolutely clean and in excellent condition everything is, perhaps in part due to recent work and renovations but primarily because the team seems to take such good care of the facility. The brand new sitting room/bar is lovely and successfully blends the traditional chalet look with a more updated vibe. The spa also is completely new, with an attractive "vitality" pool (i.e., a pool with some jacuzzi jets and lights that change color), a sauna room with three private sauna suites and four relaxation alcoves. The primary dining room is white table cloth and attractive, with a small buffet area. Finally, the small lobby area is bright and attractive, with a large touch screen on which useful information can be obtained (such as the local ski map). ROOM: We stayed in room 10, a deluxe junior suite on the fourth of five floors. This room must have been just newly refinished as it was pristine (even the grouting in the bathroom was immaculate). The room consists of a primary bedroom and, separated by sliding doors, a sitting room with two couches that easily convert into double beds. There is also a nice balcony and a spacious bathroom (this room has shower only). Having caught glimpses of a few other rooms, they seem to vary somewhat in layout and decoration, but each room looked to be in tip top shape. FOOD: If I were to have a beef with the hotel, it would be with the food. Not because it wasn't well prepared and interesting - it was both - but because I just don't want to eat fancy, soft food night after night (so many reductions and gelatines and steamed vegetables) - it just felt at times like there was nothing for the teeth to grab on to. It would be very much appreciated if, in addition to the two primary entree options offered each night, there might be a third more casual option (pasta bolognese, veal parmigian, small steak) with more home-style cooking than gourmet. It might also be nice to have two really excellent appetizers instead of three small ones and a salad and then soup each night. These are really minor gripes and reflect more my personal preference for hearty food over gourmet food every night, so your might find this perfect if you are looking for night after night of fancy food. The breakfasts, on the other hand, were much more to my style. In addition to the fairly traditional buffet with various breads, salami, cheeses, muesli, fruit and the like, there is a nice menu from which you can select eggs, waffles and other cooked-to-order items. It was a very nice breakfast and basically enabled us to spend the day without any need for lunch whatsoever! SPA: The abovementioned vitality pool was very enjoyable - not a hot tub but rather a tepid small pool with jacuzzi jets in a few spots and lighting that cycled through different colors. A pretty relaxing setting and good for releasing tension in the body after a"
Lech Lodge - Legendary
"Our family had the opportunity to spend a week at the Lech Lodge in both January and March 2026. In January, just like the previous year, we stayed in the loft, which is absolutely wonderful in terms of size and coziness. We were 5 adults and 2 children, and everything was perfect. In March, we stayed at the Chalet Arlberg for the first time, which is also excellent for families as well as couples. We were a group of three for the first few days and then five (3 adults and 2 children). Our golden retriever accompanied us on both stays and is always very welcome at the Lodge. Both of our stays were once again wonderful. We had great weather, plenty of snow, and above all, we had Sabine and Slobi, who, just like in previous years, pampered us along with their team. We always love coming back to Lech. The reasons are the relatively short, stress-free drive (2.5 hours), the wonderful chalets at the Lodge, the ski area and the natural surroundings, the perfect setting for dogs, but especially the care provided by the owners, Johanna and Klaus Moosbrugger, and by Sabine and her team. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at the Lodge, likely next January."
