Maybe it's just opened. I've tried both the Western restaurant and breakfast. While the selection is limited, the service was excellent, especially Zhou Xiaoyu, who I met at breakfast. He has a strong sense of problem-solving and service, and his service standards are excellent. This hotel is trustworthy and I hope it continues to improve."

"The room is the same as the picture, spacious and comfortable, you can see Leling Film and Television City through the window, just a few minutes walk. The service staff are also very good, warm and thoughtful, very cost-effective, breakfast is OK, delivery is a small robot 🤖, there is a free laundry room and gym. It would be better if the pillow could have a side with buckwheat."

Let me talk about the environment first. The overall decoration of the hotel is very modern and elegant, simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the lighting atmosphere is just right, and there is a feeling of relaxation as soon as you enter the door. The most surprising thing is the intelligent control of the whole house, which can open and close the curtains and adjust the lights with a shout, and even the air conditioner temperature can be voiced.
Besides the service, I feel the enthusiasm from the beginning of the check-in at the front desk, the smile is sincere, the speech is gentle, and there are questions and answers. The cutest thing is the robot to deliver the goods. I ordered the takeaway and sent it directly to the door of the room by the robot. I opened the door and saw it cute and was instantly cured. This contactless delivery is convenient and safe.
In terms of dining, the breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western styles, the freshly cooked noodles are very hot, the coffee is good, and the dining environment is quiet and comfortable.
The overall feeling is that this is a hotel that really understands our travelers. It is smart but not cold, the service is warm but not disturbed, and the details reflect the intentions everywhere. Next time I come to this city, I will choose here and I highly recommend it to my friends!"

"It is too wise to choose this Vienna hotel for business trips! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and the waist was not collapsed, and I could sleep well until late at night. The front desk service is intimate and print services are provided. The breakfast is rich in variety, the hot porridge and hot dishes are very warm, and I will stay here next time!"

"For context, we were in Laoling on business and ended up staying here almost a month in total spread over two visits and many bookings.
The good:
Quick check-in. Staff spoke basic English.
They provided one extra desk and chair on our second visit (but not on our first which was for 18 days).
Very good value rooms.
The suite is fairly spacious (but doesn't even come with a desk or chair which seems like a basic omission).
The location next to the biggest mall in Laoling.
One member of staff was very helpful when we left something behind after our first stay.
Laundry room is very helpful (note that you don't need detergent, it's automatically added!).
The bad:
They flatly refused to give us an extra desk on our first visit despite doing so on the second so we had to buy it ourselves.
They wouldn't program our key cards to be valid through more than one booking, and often even when renewed they still didn't work.
There was nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom. The WiFi was very slow.
The toilet was hugely annoying, flushing once and splashing you as soon as you sat down (why I have no idea!) and then again as soon as you stand up.
The ugly:
Staff, including management, were unhelpful to the point of ridiculousness both before and after we arrived. Communication, even though we speak Chinese, was incredibly frustrating, and we were extremely angry by the time we arrived. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel in China and it really spoiled our entire stay."
