After waiting a few minutes, they told us that it was another mistake. Too many mistakes for a 4-star hotel that made us waste time checking out, when everything had been paid for a week before."

However, as it is an old building, there were some places that were not clean. Considering the price, it was okay. It is good for a short stay.
