"A very negative experience at the Hotel Spa Puerta de Vadinia. It completely fails to live up to its promises. We booked partly for the spa and were told it could be used by booking it there, but upon arrival, it turned out it's only open in the summer, something we were never informed about. Furthermore, we were charged in advance when we were told it would be charged at the end of our stay. The "buffet" breakfast is misleading and of very low quality: sliced ​​bread, pastries, no fruit, and hardly any cold cuts (just ham and cheese). Capsule coffee. Nothing you'd expect from a 3-star hotel. The most serious issue is the lack of hygiene: in the breakfast area, there were glasses and drinking glasses with cigarette butts, creating an unbearable smell while eating. This is completely unacceptable and should be reported. There were also visible cobwebs, demonstrating poor cleaning practices. The room leaves much to be desired, with details like a window held together with electrical tape. Dinner is acceptable, although one day it was served cold. The only positive aspect is the staff, who are friendly, but it doesn't make up for everything else. I absolutely do not recommend it. Very poor management, poor cleaning, and misleading services."

"It seems like a good hotel for visiting León, in an exceptional location right at the beginning of the old town, but on a quiet street and very close to everything. I understand that this is a new or recently renovated hotel. For my taste there is too much home automation, you almost have to take a course to learn how to turn on the lights. I don't find it necessary, really. But the facilities are new and clean, well maintained. Good breakfast, quality and good service both at reception and in the cafeteria. I just read a review that a guest was fined for the car. I hope it doesn't happen to me, I left it in the hotel garage (take the elevator down) and they didn't tell me anything at reception."

"WARNING!! Eurostars Exe Campus León Aparthotel. Last weekend, May 9th, 10th, and 11th, a group of 12 friends stayed at this hotel in the city of León to spend the weekend together and celebrate the bachelor party of two of them. On Monday the 12th, we found an extra charge of €200 on the account of one of the attendees, unilaterally and without evidence, claiming that one of us had spray-painted a bathroom door outside the guest rooms, accessible to all hotel guests. Their argument is that no one else used the bathroom for a certain period of time, and they cite the statement of an employee who went to the bathroom and said he hadn't seen the graffiti beforehand. Firstly, there are two doors; we don't know which one they're referring to. Secondly, when this employee, named Borja Fernández, said he didn't see it or simply didn't close the sliding door and therefore didn't see it. We are lodging a complaint because we are certain that our friend did not create the graffiti, and we received no response. Therefore, this morning we filed a report with the National Police, who are prejudging a group of people between the ages of 33 and 67 simply because they were on a bachelor party. Of course, we will not be returning to this hotel or any other in the chain, as they ignored our complaint and simply charged us fraudulently. Furthermore, we reserve the right to demand compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused after a weekend of friendship and celebration. Choose another hotel and a more reputable chain."
