There was hair and dust on the sofa. When I wiped it with paper, it was all dusty. I was going to call to ask about it, but even the phone was dirty. It was really speechless and disgusting. They changed my room, but it was the same. There was black hair all over the bed. I changed to a new set, but it was the same. It was only a little better. If I hadn't been traveling the next day, I really wouldn't have booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is average, and there's nothing to eat. When I went to have breakfast, I found that the plates were dirty and dusty... Most of the photos are screenshots from the video, so they're not very clear. In fact, it's even dirtier than the video, but the mineral water they provided was hot, and they upgraded my room, which is a good thing. But I still don't recommend this hotel! ! !"

"It was very strange. After checking in, the front desk said it was the 5th floor. When I got to the elevator, there was a 5th floor and also a 5A. I pressed both buttons on the elevator control. I went to the 5th floor first, and when I opened the door, I saw a gym. I went back and took the elevator to 5A. I couldn't find room 523 on the floor, and there was no phone on the floor. When I got to the elevator, there was a phone, and I called it, and it turned out to be Tianrui Hotel. Did I end up in another hotel? ? ? Then I went back to the page and called the front desk. The front desk said I should press 5. Shouldn’t the front desk explain it clearly? I guess we are not the first guests to encounter this situation, right? Either set the elevator control so that it cannot reach other people’s hotels, or explain clearly to the guests during check-in at the front desk. I was tired after a day, and I couldn't find the room on the floor late at night. I was speechless."
