"I was shocked to find that my Windows computer couldn't connect to the internet—a first for me. The overall environment was nice, but there were very few restaurants and shopping options nearby. It wasn't far from the pedestrian street, but it wasn't very close either, which was a bit awkward. Furthermore, after staying there, I developed small bumps on my body that looked like an allergic reaction or insect bites. I haven't been able to confirm whether it was a problem with the hotel bedding or something else, but it's probably because the bedding hadn't been used for a long time and hadn't been changed or aired out."

When I contacted the staff and they said there was no hot water, their bizarre reason was that the water would be too hot and cause burns. What I can't understand is that in such cold weather, they can't even provide hot water for showering or washing my face. Their reason for providing hot water is so ridiculous. I will definitely not go there a second time!"
