The pillows were too low, and when I asked for another one, she simply said they didn't have any, and added that if I wasn't satisfied, I could get a refund. I'd wanted to visit Liuba for a long time; the scenery is nice. But I never expected to slip and twist my ankle in the least likely place. It's my own fault; I assumed all hotels were the same. This hotel is not what I expected! My travel mood was instantly dampened. I shouldn't blame others; I should blame myself for not being careful enough. Objectively speaking, the resort's environment was decent. I saw the suite layout later, and although the facilities were a bit basic, it was still a good place to escape the summer heat. Finally, a piece of advice: if you want to charge according to hotel standards, you must provide hotel-level service! You are obligated to unconditionally meet guests' demands unless they make unreasonable requests. There's no best, only better! The people of Liuba are honest and kind; I was very satisfied with shopping and dining there. I hope I won't encounter similar situations next time I visit.
