Papa Bears Den is the Perfect Location to Visit the Hatfield and McCoy Trails offering access to not only one but two different trail systems (Devil Anse & Rockhouse)within a mile of the property! Devil Anse connects with a Third trial system (Buffalo) offering days of trials with no need to trailer to other locations! Relax on the porch or by the fire pits while cooking on the grills by a scenic creek! While here visit the gravesite or museum of Devil Anse, just a short walking distance awayWe offer a fully stocked kitchen, which is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot, and toaster. We also provide towels, washcloths, and hand towels in each bathroom, along with a couple rolls of toilet tissue. Our bedrooms each contain a flatscreen TV and provide you with queen size beds (linens provided). 2 of our bedrooms contain 2 queen size beds is each room. The 3rd bedroom contains a bunk bed with queen size mattress on the bottom, a twin on top, and a trundle underneath. This will provide our guests with a total of 5 queen beds and 2 twins. Our house also offers additional sleeping with 4 futon couches located in the living room. Our outdoor area is a great place to sit & relax on the deck, enjoy the scenery of a beautiful stream of water and a waterfall in the rainy season or after a heavy rain. The creek would also be nice to wade in. There are 2 fire pits, 2 grills and 2 picnic tables.
