"I have been thinking about this hotel since the trial opening last year. At first, I was worried about spending thousands of dollars to live on the mountain. This year, I finally moved into the Jinding King Room. As soon as I walked in, I felt it was worth it. The lights on the Jinding are on at 6 pm and 3 am, and you can see them without blowing the wind. It only takes five minutes to get to the Jinding Dojo Group, so you can watch the sunrise without getting up early in the morning. The hotel's sunrise wake-up service and the mountain housekeeper service are great. The breakfast is very exquisite, and the cold dishes, steamed buns and small fried dough sticks are delicious. The refrigerator is equipped with drinks, the toilet has a smart toilet, and the toiletries are very high-end. I really think it is worth going again. Perhaps the only drawback is that the luggage needs to be stored at the foot of the mountain."

"Traveling during the Mid-Autumn Festival, I unfortunately encountered continuous rain, which initially dampened my spirits. However, a spontaneous choice to stay at Manlu · Guandi Creek Valley turned into a delightful surprise! The B&B's location is excellent, very close to Chongdugou and not far from Laojun Mountain, making travel convenient. The environment is incredibly quiet, the rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The value for money was the best I experienced on this trip to Luoyang. Booking a room also included complimentary tickets to Laojun Mountain – an unexpected bonus that swept away the blues brought on by the rainy weather. I highly recommend the specialty fish at the inn; the fish meat is incredibly fresh and delicious, completely different from what you'd find in the city. The other home-style dishes are also very tasty. The B&B is tranquil and peaceful, allowing for deep relaxation and a good night's sleep. Behind the property, a century-old village is perfectly preserved. Taking a stroll through it during leisure time creates a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!"

"Staying at Laojunshan Guantang Hotel in the off-season, the result was very touched by the service, the front desk quickly checked in, meticulous and patiently took the initiative to inform the precautions for playing in the mountains, there was a housekeeper to call before arriving at the store, add WeChat in advance, and take the initiative to help us upgrade the room type. After the rain in the mountains, the housekeeper Yuan Yuan personally greeted the parking lot. During the check-in process, he responded to the demand quickly. The sense of proportion was very good. He was enthusiastic but would not disturb excessively. The hotel was hidden between the mountains and forests. The environment was quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. Although it was off-season, the service level was always online. The overall stay experience is very comfortable and worth recommending!"

"The continuous snow forced us to continue staying at the Holiday Inn. Although we regretted not being able to go to Laojun Mountain, staying at the hotel was also a way to rest and relax. As the year was coming to an end, the hotel also decorated red lanterns and various colored lights, adding a beautiful atmosphere for the coming of the New Year. The hotel parking lot is equipped with charging piles, which is one of the biggest reasons why I continue to choose to stay at the Holiday Inn. The continuous snowfall caused snow on the road. The hotel staff organized the employees to clean the parking lot, which was very careful! I took a walk downstairs with my husband in the evening. He wrote a physics formula that I couldn't understand. I, a poor student, could only draw two hearts, haha~"

As soon as I enter the door, I am attracted by the two super mascots. It is very cute and I can shoot a film. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was especially decompressed when I came back to rest after visiting the mountain. There is also afternoon tea coffee to enjoy, breakfast tastes online, eat enough and then set off to climb the mountain. The overall atmosphere is very warm, very suitable for friends who plan to climb Laojun Mountain, recommended!"

"1. Without prior communication or my consent, the hotel unilaterally changed the room type I booked. The online room pictures were significantly different from the actual room I stayed in. Upon arrival, I found the room had no sofa. Only after contacting customer service was I informed that the hotel was fully booked for the day and couldn't make any changes. The customer service claimed that some rooms had sofas and some didn't, but in my opinion, these are simply different room types! 2. The toiletries provided were incredibly shoddy: I was halfway through my shower at past 10 PM when I realized there was no shower gel; there was also no hand soap at the washbasin. Basic necessities were not adequately stocked. 3. I could probably endure the above and still manage to sleep, but what was absolutely unbearable was the terrible, truly disastrous soundproofing. I have never stayed in a room with such poor sound insulation! Noise from all directions was crystal clear: children running in the hallway, guests chattering, and constant dragging of tables, chairs, and stools upstairs throughout the night, creating a continuous, piercing noise that made it impossible to sleep peacefully. The owner did provide three pairs of earplugs, but they felt like foreign objects and were very uncomfortable. Why should I pay money to suffer like this? I came to Laojun Mountain to relax and enjoy myself, but my first night here was such a torment, seriously affecting my overall travel mood. If I hadn't been with my child and if it hadn't been so late, I would have definitely checked out! So, despite the inconvenience and disruption to my itinerary, I still contacted Trip.com customer service that evening to cancel the second night and booked a new guesthouse! 4. The air conditioner was incredibly loud, like an engine running in the room! What's ironically laughable is that given the terrible soundproofing of the room, I actually wished the AC noise was loud enough to drown out the noise from all sides, upstairs, and downstairs! 5. There were issues with communication via WeChat customer service; every time I had to discuss something, I had to re-explain the information, which was a huge waste of time. For example, regarding the issue of picking me up at the scenic area entrance late at night, you can refer to the WeChat screenshots – I won't bother to elaborate further! 6. The smart toilet sprayed water onto my private parts as soon as I sat down... you can imagine the rest. Of course, there were some good points: the service attitude was quite good. They reminded me it was raining before I even checked in, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and by ordering dinner in advance on the highway, I was able to eat, and the owner picked us up at the scenic area entrance at night! The guesthouse provided hiking poles! And they gave us a prayer plaque when we left! I have given this negative review very seriously and objectively!"
