"Just another hotel who thinks they can be the best in an African country but in the end, their service let's them down. Room service tracker says 30 min but it takes an hour, laundry says same day delivery if in by 10am but, even getting it in at 6:30am does not get it back the same day and service at breakfast is a joke because staff will rather stand around talking to eachother than serving guests. English fluency of staff is also something that can be improved considering the amount of international guests."

"The Wi-Fi was terrible. The three of us were in an executive room, but there was no executive lounge, which was inconvenient for us to talk. The restaurant took an hour to serve the food, which was expensive and not tasty. The three of us spent more than $100 for no reason. The $100 was a bit old, and the waiter asked me to change the money three times. There was no trust between us. The breakfast was OK, and there was a tree to feed the birds, which was a feature."
