"The room was clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, a plentiful breakfast, a gym, and a self-service laundry with a dryer. The only downside was the lack of laundry detergent; thankfully, a kind-hearted staff member on the second floor brought some from her own room for me. The two receptionists were also polite and gentle, responding quickly and resolving issues efficiently. It was the best value hotel I stayed at during this trip. It's clear the hotel owners take management very seriously; every staff member treated guests with enthusiasm and initiative, without shirking responsibility or passing the buck—a very commendable quality."
