"This stay experience really touched me very much, I must give a five-star praise! I thought I would leave a regret for this trip, because I accidentally left a very important thing in the room/lobby, and I had left the hotel when I found out. I was really anxious. I contacted the hotel with the mentality of trying it out. I didn't expect the staff to be very enthusiastic and responsible. Not only did they quickly help me find the lost items, but also took the initiative to contact me to confirm the mailing address and send it back to me as soon as possible. Throughout the process, from the front desk to the housekeeping department, every staff member showed a high professionalism and sincere service attitude, which made me feel the warmth of family. The hotel's facilities are also great, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is convenient, but what impressed me the most was their service spirit of urgency. I will definitely choose this hotel later and recommend it to friends! Highly recommend to all travelers who pay attention to service quality!"

"I have to say that I am very satisfied in all aspects, the price is reasonable, the service is superb, the room is smart, the heated toilet, and the mattress is comfortable. The parking lot is oversized and there is a backyard parking lot. I came late and the car did not stop at the right place. At 8 o'clock in the morning, the front desk also contacted me to move the car to avoid the penalty of posting the order. I am very grateful! My favorite is the breakfast room, fresh stir-fried vegetables, delicious noodles, white porridge warm stomach, freshly squeezed soy milk, the overall hygiene is clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful. Sisters can see the pictures, highly recommended!"

The facilities are complete and well maintained, air conditioning, hot water, network, lighting are normal and stable, the bedding is comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also good, and the living experience is very comfortable. The service is more intimate and thoughtful, the reception is warm and polite, the check-in is efficient and fast, the room service responds promptly, and the needs can be patiently solved, and the attitude is gentle and professional.
