"The environment was great, the owner was very friendly, and the price was the cheapest I'd seen. The tent and quilt were very clean, too. Highly recommended! 👍 It was the first accommodation I saw as I climbed up the mountain. I was very tired from the night climb, so I was lucky to have booked this tent. There were a few other women who came up with me, and because they hadn't booked this place, they had to walk another half-hour to get to their preferred accommodation. In the morning, just walk about four or five minutes to watch the sunrise, and the view is fantastic."

"The campsite service was excellent; the toilets were clean and hygienic, although the paid shower water wasn't very hot. November temperatures were low, and the tents were arranged inside one large tent, with four smaller tents inside each large tent. Despite the wind blowing all night, it was still better than my own flimsy tent. The service center was very warm and well-lit, and the downstairs shop sold instant noodles and drinks; you could also sit on the second floor and eat while charging your devices. Hot water was free at the campsite. Overall, it was very good."

"I stayed here for one night on a business trip and checked in. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, especially Xiaoqiu. The transportation is also very convenient. Wugongshan Hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services. The breakfast was upgraded to the main building. The ingredients are fresh and there are many kinds. It is self-service on the third floor. There are also entertainment facilities where you can play pool and have a good experience."

"There are advantages, but the disadvantages are fatal. I am very polite for not giving a bad review below 4 points. The following is an objective and fair evaluation. Advantages: 1. Convenience: It is not far from the bus station and the downtown street, 200 meters away; it is close to the Wugong Mountain trail entrance, 100 meters away on foot; it is close to the commercial street, 50 meters away on foot, and it is convenient for shopping and eating. 2. Quiet: The hotel is not on the street in the downtown area, and most of the rooms are on the mountain side, which is relatively quiet. The bedding is OK and conducive to sleep. 3. The hotel environment is good: The overall garden design of the hotel is good, with a back garden, a small viewing platform, and a small reservoir on the back mountain. It is nice to take a walk after dinner. 4. The hotel is equipped with a foot bath bucket, which is very considerate. Disadvantages: 1. The hotel does not turn on the cold air conditioning: I checked in for the last 3 days of April, and there were not many people. I can understand that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning and dehumidification in the public areas in order to save costs, but it was so hot during those days, why turn off the cooling of the guest rooms and let the air conditioning heat cycle in the guest rooms? The good point is that after reporting to the staff, the cooling was turned on. 2. The air conditioner smells musty: It is really very strong. We asked a technician to come into the room to fix it. The technician was speechless and said that there was no way. We stayed for 3 days and did not turn on the air conditioner at night for fear of fainting in the room due to the stench. The hot air circulation and the musty smell of the air conditioner made the three of us feel that the hotel accommodation was the biggest failure of this trip. BTW, on the day of check-out on May 1, the central air conditioner and lights in the lobby were turned on. It felt that the guests at the end of April were not human beings, and our experience was not important. 2. Facility design defects: The shower area is not designed reasonably, the waterproof platform at the door opening is too low, the sealing under the door is not enough, the door opens outward, the water is a little bigger and the shower head does not lean inward, you will feel what it means to flood the Jinshan Mountain. 4. Service: The 3 nights were divided into several orders. After the order of the first night ended, before checking out, the hotel staff added WeChat and asked to give a 5-star review and asked to bring the name of a certain employee. I said that I would make a unified comment after checking out, but the service staff still asked to comment on the day this order ended. I was speechless. I can understand that there are KPI indicators, but it is too bad for good impression."

Breakfast is quite satisfactory, there are not many types, there are soup powder, cold dishes, staple food, soy milk juice, etc., no problem to eat. Service: There were a lot of passengers when I checked in on the same day, several people at the front desk were queuing, and the processing speed was very slow. Obviously, there are two staff members at the front desk who have a person in charge of handling. According to the situation, the processing staff should be increased to improve the efficiency of the check-in. Overall, the environment is OK, and it is better to improve the service level."

"March is the off-season, and there are hardly any restaurants around. I started working at a newly opened hotel and ate there three times in a row; the food was amazing! The ingredients were very fresh, and the Jiangxi-style stir-fries were a specialty, not too spicy. I ordered almost all the signature dishes on the menu, and every single one was good. The local specialty, blood duck, was a little spicy. Although it's a newly opened hotel, the facilities and service were excellent. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and had a strong service-oriented mindset (especially Sammi). They were not only attentive, refilling tea and changing plates, but also patiently answering our questions about sightseeing. The next day, we even ordered picnic lunchboxes for our hike. They were beautifully prepared, generously portioned, and reasonably priced. Sammi even thoughtfully helped pack the food so we could easily carry it up the mountain. Not only was the stay enjoyable, but we also saw a sea of ​​clouds. A truly worthwhile trip!"
