"March is the off-season, and there are hardly any restaurants around. I started working at a newly opened hotel and ate there three times in a row; the food was amazing! The ingredients were very fresh, and the Jiangxi-style stir-fries were a specialty, not too spicy. I ordered almost all the signature dishes on the menu, and every single one was good. The local specialty, blood duck, was a little spicy. Although it's a newly opened hotel, the facilities and service were excellent. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and had a strong service-oriented mindset (especially Sammi). They were not only attentive, refilling tea and changing plates, but also patiently answering our questions about sightseeing. The next day, we even ordered picnic lunchboxes for our hike. They were beautifully prepared, generously portioned, and reasonably priced. Sammi even thoughtfully helped pack the food so we could easily carry it up the mountain.
