"We were not allowed to enter the spa as a couple. Only same-sex couples can stay together. To us, that was a very poor experience. The main manager also was not very nice to us. We felt almost unwelcome as a honeymooning couple. They decorated the bed but then treated us like being a couple is not ok in the hotel. So I can only recommend it for singles or same-sex couples. The spa actually also is nothing special. Just a warm and a hot water pool. Don't expect too much. It's also super difficult to reach via Grab or Bolt. The surrounding nature and garden are beautiful though and the room was nice."

"A great, secluded spot! There are activities, you can rent bikes and ride around. Wonderful, helpful staff. Movies on the big screen in the evening. The restaurant has delicious food. A great place to chill."

"Stayed in a Mountain Suite on a Monday evening and felt we almost had the resort to ourselves - perfect for relaxation ! Room was as advertised - spacious and well designed with two reclining chairs on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. Quality and preparation of food at dinner was very good whilst breakfast was ‘a la Carte’ rather than buffet reflecting the limited guests. Both Asian and European breakfasts were available. Overall - recommended and good value for money. Spent an hour in the morning at Katiliya Park to enjoy the scenery and birds - beware the aggressive swans. We as adults were scared, young children would have been terrified !"

"Because the hotel address was wrong, I didn’t live in. The Ctrip APP showed that it was in the city, 3 kilometers away, but I couldn’t find it when I arrived at the location! The actual hotel is 30 kilometers away from the city station!"

"The way up is quite difficult to find. At first, I drove the wrong way and went into another resort instead. 🥹 I really wish there were more signs. The hotel has a beautiful view, especially the dinner spot at night. I recommend eating at the hotel to enjoy the view. The staff took good care of me and provided good service. There were a few insects, but it was understandable. In the middle of the forest."

"I like it very much, shady atmosphere. Beautiful flower garden, very good weather, clean carp pond. There are many big fish adding more colors in the garden, more beautiful, delicious food, good service staff, polite, friendly. For the room, it is very beautiful. The room is big, clean, airy, quiet. There is a flower garden in front of the room, which makes me feel very refreshing. The only regret is that there is no bathtub."
