T Story Maekampong ★★★★
"Excellent in every aspect: the ambiance, the room, the restaurant, and the staff. Such a shame I had to move on to another place; otherwise, I would have stayed at least two nights."
Baanblue - Borderless ★★★★
"The accommodation is clean, the owner is very kind, and the view is million-dollar worthy. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The service was impressive. The accommodation is right by a stream; you can sleep to the sound of the water and look out at the mountain view. The house and bedroom are amazing, with a 360-degree view."
woo ma ca moo ★★★★
"It’s a very nice place to stay, located close to the walking street and easily accessible by public transportation. The hotel also provides EV charging. The terrace and rooms are spacious, and in-room dining service is available, which is very convenient. The bed is clean and comfortable. The facilities cater to both children and adults, making it especially suitable for families with kids."

"It was lovely stayed. Very good location. We all loved it."
Portare.home Mae Kampong
"Perfect place to stay"
La Lanna Resort ★★★★
"Incredible retreat - it really is in the middle of the jungle so I would recommend arranging transfers in advance. Beautiful scenery, amazing food and cocktails. I would definitely return for another stay, only downside we had was a lot of condensation on the windows so it was quite damp in the bedroom. Make sure to bring bug spray there is so many bugs around pool area as you are surrounded by nature. The complimentary afternoon tea was outstanding. We also loved being able to get the golf buggy around the retreat."
Himdoihome Maekampong ★★
"Very nice location, can park the car upfront, friendly and nice breakfast 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"
Mon Kampong Kampground ★★★
"We stayed one night in a glamping dome at Mon Kampong Kampground and honestly, it exceeded every expectation. What struck me most was how clean and well-kept everything was — the dome felt brand new, the bedding was crisp and fresh, and there wasn't a single detail that felt overlooked. It's rare to find a nature stay this polished; usually you trade comfort for the outdoor setting, but here we got both. The dome itself was surprisingly cozy for something so close to nature — comfortable bed, everything working perfectly, and just a genuinely relaxing space to unwind especially with the sound of the river flowing in the background. The surroundings near Mae Kampong village added to the charm, with a quiet, peaceful setting that made the whole stay feel like a proper escape. Service was attentive while still giving privacy and check-in was smooth. For anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-run glamping experience near Chiang Mai, I'd book this again no question. One of the best stays I've had — highly recommend."
The River Maekampong Chiang Mai ★★★
"The tent was amazing! It’s located right in front of a river, and the sound of the water has the same relaxing effect as ASMR. The host was very kind! I wish I could come back soon. Greetings from Uruguay."

"The Thai-style barbecue (Moo Krata) is delicious and affordable. The atmosphere is very natural, peaceful, and tranquil; there's no loud music – perfect for a slow-paced life."
Chaiyapol Homestay
"Was looking forward to our stay after reading positive reviews but it was TERRIBLE. Our house was located beside the chicken coop, next to some sort of a pile of renovation stuff (right outside our main door). Our entire first floor was beside the walkway so it was super noisy (motorbikes, people walking by etc). The exterior of our home was dirty (chicken and dog poop) :( the bed and blanket made us itch, and only one slipper was provided for a two cubicle toilet. Plus point was that bfast and dinner provided were local and delicious, sunrise tour was enjoyable too!"
Taryn Tara Cafe and Stay
"The view is very good, the staff are also good, I feel like the staff are very friendly, the rooms are beautiful, super clean, there are lots of photo corners as well, worth the price."
Sippa Hotspring
"A very relaxing vibe, the food is amazing, fresh, and delicious. The hot spring water piped to private hut is an amazing experience. We will be going back again many times, only an hour from our home. ❤️"
furusato matcha cafe & ryokan
"Newly constructed home that features Japanese style apartment. All very well made, with beautiful garden and even a Japanese style all way toilet. Worth trying 🙂."
The Stream House
"The scenery and the stream are OK, but because we arrived late, the check-in was not smooth, and it happened to be the off-season. When we arrived at 8 o'clock, many stores were closed, and we couldn't find food. The room environment is good, but the price is a bit different from the expectation. I feel that the room is a bit high. It is recommended to check in at the hotel earlier, and then the room rate can be cheaper, about 500/600 is acceptable. The bed is too small. It is recommended that the landlord change to a big bed"
Lannawild Resort
"The location of the hotel is a bit far inside the hills, but the view from the room is remarkable and worthy. We arrived there at 21:00 and their kitchen was almost closed, but they kindly allow us to order and had a dinner. The dishes were so yummy!!! There was a huge spider inside our room when we got into it. I asked the staff to help us through WhatsApp. He helped us to drive it away rapidly. That’s so good! The room was quite clean but the details were not good enough. The jacuzzi was so fun to use😆 Watching the stunning view with the blublublu sound was extremely chill~~~ They gave me a pack of popcorn as a thank you gift with many lines of words on the package. That was so warm and I can feel their full-hearted intention. Thank you!"
Mii Paa Aii
"A hidden little retreat in the middle of nature. Mii Paa Aii is the kind of place that makes you slow down the moment you arrive. Tucked away among lush green forests, the setting is incredibly peaceful — no busy streets, no city noise, just trees, fresh air and the sounds of nature around you. The wooden cabin has so much character. From the moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by warm timber, traditional details and large windows that frame the forest like a living painting. Sitting by the window with a cup of coffee, looking out at layers upon layers of green, is honestly one of the highlights of the stay. I especially loved the little details — the bamboo blinds, wooden bathtub, rustic furnishings and the small balcony overlooking the jungle. It feels beautifully simple and authentic rather than overly polished or commercial. But the real attraction is the location. You wake up surrounded by greenery, with the forest practically at your doorstep. It feels secluded and almost like being in your own little world. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect, breathe, slow down and experience the quieter side of Thailand, Mii Paa Aii is absolutely worth staying at. Come for the cabin, stay for the view, and leave wishing you had booked a few more nights."
My Cottage Chiangmai
"Excellent service and the duplex is more than we expected. The room is situated at the heart of greenery. I could not have asked for anything more."
Monraumsuk home stay Chiang Mai
"Really good"
The Lai Tiny House at Mae Kampong
"The information on the *********** listing is misleading and does not match the actual accommodation. The property is advertised as 145 m², while the real space is closer to approximately 25 m². Several features clearly mentioned in the listing were not present, including an outdoor seating area, a fireplace and a separate living room. These were essential elements in our booking decision. We raised this immediately upon arrival and were told the booking could be cancelled due to the incorrect information. Despite this agreement and repeated communication through ***********, the refund has still not been processed. Because of this experience we found the accuracy of the listing and the communication around the booking unreliable. Future guests should carefully verify the details before booking."
Pine Village
"The property is just in the middle of nowhere!! We came in at night and it was a very secluded spot. There was no dinner service available....the house is a three bedroom with a tiny pool and 2 bathrooms. The living room is spacious, there is a pantry , but no microwave or cooking utensils. The house itself was very comfortable and the bed was great. But, seeing the word village, one would expect a few more houses. It is so secluded....if you love privacy then you will enjoy it. Bfk, was very basic too and even the toaster provided was not working. For the price we paid, there should be more amenities and service."
