When we requested a room change, the staff were incredibly helpful and made the process seamless. They even checked on us after we returned home, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We were pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake and a beautiful photo frame, making our stay even more special. We also had the opportunity to meet many lovely people during our visit .. Security Mr. James , Mr.Jaya and Mr. Srinivas who shared their stories and experiences with us, which added a personal touch to our stay. One of the highlights was the morning nature walk, where we spotted a hornbill and a woodpecker in their natural habitat. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience. But personally I felt the valley view cabin has the best views than the luxury pavilion category though it’s mentioned as a bigger room. The Luxury pavilion was covered by trees"
