"A beautiful location with stunning views. The hotel interior was a perfect mix of traditional and contemporary. Our room was right at the top of the building and, although very small, it was well designed and very clean. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. We had dinner in the bar, which was tasty and arrived quickly and hot! All in all, The Cottage in the Woods is a perfect place for a quiet break with a little luxury. We will definitely be returning."

"We have been using the Wyche Inn for a few years as an overnight stop for trips North. We were very pleased to find that it had re-opened with new owners. Pam and Dave and their staff were very welcoming. The place is spotless and the room was very good-glorious view! The bar serves an excellent variety of Real Ales and good wines. The meals were very good and to our taste. The food and drinks are the cheapest we have had anywhere! The changes that they have made to the bar areas are very successful and the pub was bustling. Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend the Wyche."
