"Yes. I enjoyed absolute comfort. Perfectly hygienic,decent and got excellent service.At reception got smilespiced welcome, necessaries were supplied, roomcaretaker tokproper care of the needs. All the facilities are top class. The room was quite spacious. The way the staff communicated marked high standards. Transactions are very transparent. The staff was very friendly. The spot is very advantageous as it's closer to important spots in the city. All in all I had a qualitative stay. I love Kerala and the lodge made me feel the loveliness of Kerala."

"Hi stay at hotel wayanad square was ok. No major complaints. I could neither find any intercom facility inside room nor any guidelines to contact the reception, etc. It was too hard to contact the reception. More so, found the front office desk empty most of the time. Staff/crew who were available rarely was friendly, helpful."
