As it was business trip I requested for using the washroom atleast they denied though they had vacant rooms The receptionist said they will allow if I done walk in. It is useless to book rooms especially in this hotel . Inhumane behaviour "

"Location was central, room wasvclean but had a damp smell, so we opened the balcony door. But then there was too much noise from the road and view of building across was horrible. Food was ok, staff were polite."

"The rooms are big but not made thinking about the users. Specially the bathroom has these hooks which are very inconvenient. Drain has no jaali, and the shower goes everywhere😂 House keeping won’t come to do their stuff no matter how much you call."
