"So arrived at front desk to which I thought I was at a party. The man on the desk was I’m unsure either watching something on his phone or have a three way call. Either way that didn’t stop because a customer had arrived! UNPROFESSIONAL No information given about breakfast or any checkout time etc etc, eventually given keys to room and I quote “boss your good to go” I did notice a sign stating some rooms were having hot water issues and to run the shower for 25-30 mins before getting in. I was under the impression water was precious, especially in the sunshine state🤷🏼♂️ So I stayed in a sleep last night, this is a more considerably older one. Whilst seems clean it is more dated, see pictures"

"Had a bad night's sleep as the a/c wasn't working in the room . Also there were people stomping around above me late at night and early in the morning ! When I complained to the front desk the lady said thanks for telling me and that was it ! I asked for the manager as I was considering staying in town for another night , she explained that the manager was in the Bahamas and was unreachable , beside that she said he wouldn't comp a night or give a discount , she had worked there for 4 years and she never saw him do either ! Shocking service !! Saw this photo in the elevator and thought it amusing !"
