"I stayed here for over a year and while it’s secluded, with a free laundry room, the owners are HORRIBLE. Very rude, entitled, and take awful care of this campground. The water is garbage, the spots are unlabeled messes, the “secure” gate is always broken or left open 24/7, and the owners have been trying to sell the place for so long I don’t see it improving. Only worth staying here for a weekend getaway… Don’t stay long term."

"I am absolutely disgusted by the owners behavior and lack of professionalism running this business. They charged us for a reservation that we never agreed to NOR received a confirmation for! We also called AND emailed days before, with proof, and the owner did not help right this wrong AND hung up on us ….. beyond embarrassing for a business owner."

"This motel doesn't meet Wyndham standards. In great need of maintenance, cleaning and updating. The room was disgusting. Very soft old mattress, gross carpeting, awful stink, side chair looks like they picked it up off the curb. Wouldn't dare sit in it. Office chair jammed underneath desk so could not get it out. Only place to sit was on soft bed that made a tin noise every time you moved on it, bathtub did not drain. Huge gap in door that you could see through. The outside building was like a slum, falling apart, rusted stairways, in dire need of paint. Lobby and breakfast area full of junk and clutter. Management unresponsive to a rebate of any kind. Definitely did not get what we paid for. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is a slummy dump with questionable people running it and residing in it."
