Courtyard Cincinnati Mason ★★★

📍 4753 Socialville-Foster Rd, Mason

"⭐ 1 Star I stayed at Courtyard Cincinnati Mason on August 11–12, 2026 without an issue. Because I needed another night, I made another reservation for August 12–13. Despite having a reservation, when I tried to check in for the second night, the hotel told me there was no room available and they would not let me check in. I had to look for another hotel at the last minute, which caused major inconvenience for me and my family. What made the situation especially frustrating was that I had already been staying at this property the previous night. A confirmed reservation should mean that a guest can reasonably expect a room to be available, or at minimum receive proper assistance if the hotel cannot honor it. Very disappointing experience and handling of the situation."

TownePlace Suites Cincinnati Mason ★★★★

📍 7100 Stress Engineering Way, Mason, Deerfield Township

"The hotel we booked was recommended by the customer. It has a kitchen and a dishwasher, and the refrigerator is also very large. However, the cleaning is really not timely. We didn't ask for it, and it was very slow to come after we called. The cutlery for breakfast was not cleaned cleanly."

Great Wolf Lodge Mason ★★★

📍 2501 Great Wolf Dr, Mason

"Close to the Cincinnati Masters tennis court, in fact, it is separated by high speed, but there is no sidewalk, so you have to take a taxi, but it is very close. The conditions are similar to domestic Samsung, but there are many activities and water parks, because we mainly go to the ball game, the hotel did not participate in these activities. The overall feeling is not bad."

"The room had some dirty spots on the walls and the blind wouldn’t open. The front desk staff were very nice and the breakfast was decent. For the price I would stay again."

Suburban Studios Mason Hwy 42 ★★★
"My key card stopped working and the lady at the desk up front called the cops on me for asking her for help. The office hours are incredibly inconvenient and any methods to reach anyone for any sort of assistance outside business hours do not work. There is a $250 deposit for checking in, which is by far the highest I’ve seen, and that’s not even the worst part. The place is filthy. The carpets are nasty, the mattress looks like it’s never been washed, and the place is filled with cockroaches. The main lobby looks like a crime scene. I thought it was a steal at $50 a night but I would have preferred to sleep in my car. I would rate 0/10 if it would let me. Absolutely abhorrent experience from beginning to end, would not recommend staying here no matter how desperate you are for a hotel."
