There’s also a washer and dryer on that level available for guest use. The lower level has the living room, dining room and kitchen. There’s also the master bedroom and a full bathroom in this level. The dining room and master bedrooms have doors out to the spacious back deck. The deck has a table to enjoy a meal at or relax and a gas grill for you to use. The house has a stand up arcade game, firepit on the back deck, portable ping-pong set and PlayStation 2 with loads of games and our favorite karaoke!Nestled within the trees of Massanutten Resort, you’ll love the wooded setting as you escape from the hustle and bustle of the world. Located on the only street in Massanutten with ski-out access, our home offers a unique convenience for ski enthusiasts. While not directly on the slopes, it’s just a quick 1,000-foot walk to the end of our cul-de-sac, where you can ski out onto the top of Easy Street slope.The house is pet friendly but guests must get prior approval before arrival and pay a $100 pet fee. Nestled within the trees of Massanutten Resort which is not just a ski resort but truly a year-round destination. Of course there are amazing winter sports, with 1,110 feet of vertical - the most in VA, MD, or PA. The resort includes 14 trails, all lit for night-skiing as well and offers ice skating and snow-tubing. But don’t forget about the golf, mini-golf, go-karts, bungee-jumping, zip line, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, spa…and the INDOOR WATER PARK open all year-long. No cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars, pipes, bongs, hookahs, candles, incense, wax melts, or plug-ins. The booking guest is responsible for making all guests aware of this rule. 6. PARTIES: Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed! Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate termination of your rental with no refund & a surcharge fee of $885 charged to the guest. Out of respect for our neighbors, this home is not suitable for any events or parties.7. PARKING IN DRIVEWAY: Parking is limited to 4 cars in the driveway. No vehicle larger than 3/4 ton may be parked in a driveway.8. Keep the home & all furnishings in good order. 9. Only use appliances for their intended use & follow the instructions & guidance provided in the Welcome Guide. 10. STORMS: If there is a storm or named hurricane, no refunds will be given. If a mandatory evacuation order is issued, guests will be asked to leave the premises at such time that the mandatory evacuation is set to take place. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per bedroom plus no more than 2 persons in the lower level sleeping nook unless otherwise authorized by the owner for up to 4 persons prior to booking. If occupancy limit is determined to be broken, a surcharge fee of $295 per additional guest over the occupancy limit will be charged. 12. OUTDOOR FIRES: This is high wildfire risk area therefore open fires & unattended fires are prohibited. FIRE PIT usage is prohibited during quiet hours, 10pm-7am: Under no circumstance, should a fire be created in the fire pit without the use of the Base & Spark Screen nor left unattended while a fire is active or smoldering. Firepits & grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage dot com or electronic sign at entrance for updates. 13. GARBAGE & TRASH: Do not place garbage or trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Garbage & trash attract wildlife, which could endanger you & damage the property.All garbage & trash is disposed of into trash bags, placed within the animal resistant trash bin, & with the lid securely closed. Excess garbage & trash, where the trash bin lid cannot be closed securely, must be take the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association Community Trash dumpster located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840. If there is loose garbage &/or trash within the trash bin, a surcharge fee of $35 will be charged to the guest. 14. CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to the time conflicts of our cleaners servicing many other properties. If determined that check-out is after 10:00am, a surcharge of $70 will be charged to the guest for every hour after 10:00am that check-out does not occur.15: NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. No cigarettes, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vapes, cigars, pipes, bongs, hookahs, candles, incense, wax melts, or plug-ins. The booking guest is responsible for making all guests aware of this rule. 6. PARTIES: Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed! Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate termination of your rental with no refund & a surcharge fee of $885 charged to the guest. Out of respect for our neighbors, this home is not suitable for any events or parties.7. PARKING IN DRIVEWAY: Parking is limited to 4 cars in the driveway. No vehicle larger than 3/4 ton may be parked in a driveway.8. Keep the home & all furnishings in good order. 9. Only use appliances for their intended use & follow the instructions & guidance provided in the Welcome Guide. 10. STORMS: If there is a storm or named hurricane, no refunds will be given. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT TRIP INSURANCE BE PURCHASED BY THE GUEST from insuremytrip dot com. If a mandatory evacuation order is issued, guests will be asked to leave the premises at such time that the mandatory evacuation is set to take place. If said mandatory evacuation is lifted & the guest has time remaining on their rental before the next guest arrives, the guest may reoccupy said premises. If the handyman must check the property for damages, the guest shall allow access. The owner is unable to accommodate requests to return at another time. 11. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per bedroom plus no more than 2 persons in the lower level sleeping nook unless otherwise authorized by the owner for up to 4 persons prior to booking. If occupancy limit is determined to be broken, a surcharge fee of $295 per additional guest over the occupancy limit will be charged. 12. OUTDOOR FIRES: This is high wildfire risk area therefore open fires & unattended fires are prohibited. FIRE PIT usage is prohibited during quiet hours, 10pm-7am: Under no circumstance, should a fire be created in the fire pit without the use of the Base & Spark Screen nor left unattended while a fire is active or smoldering. GARBAGE & TRASH: Do not place garbage or trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Garbage & trash attract wildlife, which could endanger you & damage the property.All garbage & trash is disposed of into trash bags, placed within the animal resistant trash bin, & with the lid securely closed. Excess garbage & trash, where the trash bin lid cannot be closed securely, must be take the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association Community Trash dumpster located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840. If there is loose garbage &/or trash within the trash bin, a surcharge fee of $35 will be charged to the guest. 14. CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to the time conflicts of our cleaners servicing many other properties. If determined that check-out is after 10:00am, a surcharge of $70 will be charged to the guest for every hour after 10:00am that check-out does not occur.15: NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. There is a spacious bedroom with a king bed and attached half bath. The upper level leads to three bedrooms, including the master suite with a king bed, seating area, and a full bath. There is also a workstation with two monitors. One of the guest bedrooms has a king bed, and the other has two full beds. There is an additional full bath on the upper level with jetted tub and a shower. All the bedrooms have 55" smart TVs.The basement opens to a movie theater area with a large sectional couch and an 85 inch TV.
